New killer idea, hooked killer

I would love to see a killer with some sort of a roadhog hook mechanic, that let you down injured survivors with a chained hook.
Yes we have the huntress and her hatches, but there is just something satisfying in yank someone of it's feets and pull them towards you.
That alone would be fine by me.
If you get some spidey mobility on top of it, like "hooking" obstacles/ground to get some momentum would be fun too.
Horizontally would be more than fine, vertically would be a blast.
