Victor Spam On Twins
Give him a 20 second respawn rate so they can't spam Victor every 5 seconds. It would be aligned with every other killers and that way you can at least try to heal someone from a down instead of spamming Victor until everyone is slugged to death.

Literally just ran a game with a twins player that did this. If Victor downed someone, and someone else crushes him, and he's back up and running only 5 seconds later. Just repeated this ad nauseum until the entire team was slugged. Heck, even if he leaped, missed and was squished, 5 seconds later like clockwork you hear the 'whoosh' and he's back out.

No. Every killer needs balance. Victor shouldn't be able to be spammed every second just because someone dodged and kicked him in his little demonic teeth.

Nah, if you get a down with Victor, you should be able to react to it afterwards. That's like saying once Billy chainsaws someone, they should be able to instantly turn around and chainsaw someone else with no time for them to run.

It's because the counter to Victor is kicking him. Otherwise, how are you supposed to do anything against Twins? They get a down and now Victor becomes immortal instead of kicking him to make him respawn so you have a chance at reviving the person. Otherwise, he'll just jump on the next person, injuring them and making it impossible to help the survivor who is already on the ground. Would YOU like to get slugged without no way to stop it? Think of it like this. If Oni could activate his power every 5 seconds and keep slamming people, you wouldn't even want to deal with him anymore. You have to look at it from both sides. You don't have enough time to do anything because Victor and his sister can split and do their own thing. It's already bad enough that you have to worry about where his Sister is but seeing Victor down someone, kick Victor in the face and by the time they're at 80% healed, you see his Sister about to slap you in the face. That is IF they aren't spamming Victor respawns over and over again.

why should i get good, when i have to handle a ds stun everytime i use my power correctly if anything it should be when i dont use it correctly

If you miss a lunge, the window to kick Victor is already super short. They obviously didn't want someone to slug as Victor then keep going. It's why they put him in a stun. That should be the first reason on why he needs a CD. I never said they should have given him a stun after he's downed someone. I've always said that he needs a CD from being spammed, not when he gets a down on someone.
