FPS drop near finished gens

Am I the only one that experiences insane FPS drop while walking near finished generators? When I leave the area the FPS stabilizes. This happens when I play both survivor and killer. Sometimes it can be really annoying when you try to chase a survivor in that area or try to loop the killer.
I play on PC. It happens in every single game.
