[PC] Survivors randomly seeing their own scratch marks

Description: Alright so for the past few patches, I've been playing a lot of survivor. Me and a couple of people have noticed this really bizarre glitch that sometimes happens where, for no reason at all we'll see 'glimpses' of our own scratch marks.

And no, none of us run fixated.

So in short - We're randomly seeing our own scratch marks visible for like half a second. I don't know how to replicate this, but it's almost always when near surfaces like walls

How often it occurs: Again, it feels like it's completely random and I don't know how to 100% replicate it but I know for a fact that it's usually on walls. It feels like the game's loading the scratch marks in then hiding them but it's delayed or something
