Red Rank: Huntress, Spirit, Bubba
I just got to red rank again as Survivor and have played 16 rounds tonight. I've only gone against Huntress, Spirit, and Bubba. I wish I was kidding.
Is this typical in red ranks now or am I just having a really unlucky night? It's not that I dislike going against Bubba or Huntress it's just that I'm kind of.... Bored?

That's really odd.
You should have at least gotten a couple Deathslingers, Blights, and Wraiths as well - I see so many of those in red ranks lately.
Plague has also been popular as of late in my games.

Yeah, Those killers are (typically) very common at red ranks.

i've only seen 1 huntress in the equivalent of a weeks worth of daily logins. i dont envy your spirit situation, though

I was actually thinking to myself, "I'd love to go against a DS or a Plague just to mix it up!" at the end. After 23 rounds I had only one round that wasn't these three Killers. I even used two items to send me to a map I really wanted to play since I hadn't seen it all night and back-to-back I got Bubba on the map. It was honestly comical.
I'm hoping to de-pip naturally soon. Rank 10-12 is where I win some and lose some, any lower and I hardly ever see anyone escape and it's becoming the same Killers with the same perks getting 4ks. And that's okay! I'm just not a competitive player, I don't use any of the meta perks actually because I like to experiment with odd combos, so I have no business going against serious players.
I usually love going against Huntress. Skilled axe throws impress me! But after tonight I wish I could go weeks without facing her because I am burnt out/bored! 🤣
