On YouTube it says the live stream starts at 12:25 it’s that time now but it’s not counting down what’s going on?

The video start timer is a bit misleading.
Check the video description and you'll see:
"Watch Dead by Daylight’s 5th Anniversary celebrations and Resident Evil Chapter reveal on May 25th at 1PM ET."
Meaning it actually starts in another 33 minutes I believe.
