How will they work?
Will they spawn with all killers now?

The guy in the video that presented him said when facing Nemesis but idk, it was kind of rushed.

They are intrinsically tied to Nemesis. If the Killer in your match is Nemesis, then no matter the map, those zombies will spawn and roam around trying to bite you to infect you with the T-Virus (meaning Nemesis can then slap you with his tentacle to injure/down you from range)
