Welcome to Haddonfield
Coconut showed us today why Haddonfield is a problem with full on evidence
Imagine this with Trickster or any 110% killer, Haddonfield is incredibly outdated and I am solely surprised this map has not been looked into

Waiting for someone to say "don't chase them and find someone else". Lol.

This is the same for even a 115% killer, this map is literally garbage. I have no mercy for anyone who uses an offering for it, and will usually roast them if they die afterwards somehow. How do you die on a map where everything works in your favor?

Ok I have to disagree with "Imagine this with Trickster or any 110% killer" the 110 killers are actually better than a lot of 115 on haddonfield cause of how strong their powers are except for Trickster but he will always get a hit it just takes a ######### ton of time.

Worry not, my friend, the rework shall fix it!

Tbh we all know haddonfield is broken this isn’t a new idea

Trapper can do well on it. Plenty of long grass, blind corners, pallets to loop, narrow paths. I love it as a survivor and aesthetically its really cool.

Only spirit and nurse can deal with haddonfield. Clearly in the video even coconut can't do anything, and he is a pretty good huntress main.

I would imagine that licensing rights probably factor in to why the map can't just feature a straight rework. I personally don't like it either as killer or survivor, but sometimes these things aren't as black and white as people make them.

hag can deal too
2 -
Hag aswell and slinger could have probably gotten some shots. Coco missed a hatchet on the felix which is a pretty hard shot but he also knows he is way overcommiting. I am not saying haddonfield is fair cause it really isnt but most of the 110 killers deal with it better than the likes of GF and Myers

We kind of figured that, and know one is blaming the dev's it's one map out of 40 or whatever,it's a good looking so it doesn't matter that much to me.

Strode house is only broken when you have multiple balanced landings , Also Honestly he was playing the strode house really bad, the survivor was dropping off before the huntress even vaulted the window he literally could've just doubled back down the stairs and the guy would've ran right into him or been forced to leave the loop and find safety which would've resulted in a down for the killer fairly quick , also trapper and hag can deal with strode pretty well

A shame survivor mains are not constantly making points crying about the issue and instead choose to swarm the forum in "WAHH I GOT CAMPED" threads.
If something is broken then people should be crying for it to be fixed, but i guess infinites and keys are not a priority and Spirit and Camping are.

If it was just that one house you’d have a point, but almost all the gens spawn in houses with incredibly strong windows, there are several safe pallets, the high fences can spawn some insane loops, and the gens are all spread out and very safe. It’s a gross map because almost the entire thing is safe, anywhere you run as survivor you can find safety. The issue isn’t one particular building or one perk.

Here we go, that's the video that proves the point, and why even with balanced landing nerfed it'd still a broken map.
Any plans to fix it?

Yea but those buildings are only problematic with balanced landing other wise they get the stun from falling and you catch them after the first loop and not only that but if he doubled back there's no way that survivor could've made it to safety in time , in my personal experiences I only have trouble when there are multiple BL and the side window is open on strode house and the back right window down stairs in the blue house , the yellow house is also strong but that map is weird and depends alot on rng because sometimes there's not much safety throughout the map and all the strong windows are closed and other times the fences are so long that even without a vault they can almost be an infinite and there's safety everywhere it's kind of hit and miss with that one but hey that's just my opinion we're all entitled to one

I know this is sarcasm but I just have to add, The rework fixed Corn. /s

I was about to say I wonder if any dev will see this but it is already buried in the bowels of the feedback section.

I think otherwise. It is still incredibly powerful and coconut over here only did it to prove how stupid it was. Any survivor who runs the house decently (better than the guy in the video) will run you around for a while. And on top of it all, that is just one house. You have another two story houses that you can run to and probably have several safe pallets on your way there, and then you have the basement of doom. Hag can deal with it, but trapper probably not. He can close up a few loops but his traps can still be disabled and there are too many loops he cant do much about (assuming he uses all of his traps), and while he sets up traps gens are being done elsewhere.

Both are issues and most people want both fixed

@MandyTalk I completely forgot about the feedbacks and suggestions, thank you for moving the post here!

Most people make porn threads or "wahh i got camped" or "nerf spirit" threads in the general discussion section. This is the first Haddonfield complain I've seen in quite a while. And since OP used the video of a killer main I don't think he's a nice survivor caring about the other side.
Funny how nobody told survivors to shut up when Moris were OP but now Key threads are just swarmed by people saying "use franklin" "dodge" "don't kill" "2k is good enough!".

You must not have been here when mori's were still kill after one hook. People were definitely told to shut up and every time someone complained about mori's killers would complain about keys and vice-versa. I think you deliberately choose to see certain arguments and ignore everything that goes against you're ideas.

All those threads are archived and I looked at them. Nobody says "git gud" or "they are not op" like how they do in key threads
0 -
If my memory serves me right, I can remember quite a good amount of people telling survivors that they can't complain about mori's as long as keys are still in the game, in fact, that was the go to argument every time mori's or keys were brought up. With mori's receiving the nerf, I 100% agree that keys should be reworked as well, but to say that no one was saying that they weren't "op" is just not true.

I think you remember wrong. The majority of players, survivors and killers alike, felt old moris were busted and needed some toning down. Many killers only equipped them in matches with keys. So when the mori nerf came, most players were ok with it, but many wanted to see keys nerfed as well, I'll give you that.

i just played this map as a blight and with the houses he might as well be an m1 killer lol
