Nemesis’ power is disappointing
I’m not trying to be toxic or anything, I just truly think his power is not the best, it’s basically a mish-mash of everything into one character:
He can hit through pallets like Pyramid head, infect you like Plague, has 3 tiers of his power like Michael Myers, can break pallets instantly like one of Legion’s add-on.
therefore making him basically a dbd’s version of “Jack of all trades master of none” which is not entirely bad but rather disappointing, personally at least.
So I thought he needs some upgrades mostly to his tentacle strike’s tiers (since they take SO much to build and has anti-climatic upgrades) so why not redo his ability a bit? Here’s my suggestion:
Nemesis’ powers will be determined by the amount of T-virus he has;
25%=tier 1, 50%=tier 2, 100%=tier 3.
At base (with no juice of T-virus) your tentacle attack doesn’t damage survivors but grab them in to his place and infect them (if you have any juice less than 25%), with a bit longer range than the current version (much like deathslinger). With him walking instead of running.
In tier 1: He uses his tentacle to damage survivors and no longer grab them (basically the current version).
At tier 2: He still uses his tentacle and damage survivors but can break pallets and breakable walls with a faster base speed and he starts to run instead of walking (like the current’s version).
At tier 3: He no longer uses his tentacle, but he’s able to run really fast (230% speed), and gain the ability to leap (much like Victor), and if he landed he will leave an impact damage that will damage any survivor around said radius, and if Nemesis himself stomps on a survivor it will damage them for one health state and can also hit through pallets as well. (And perhaps the weak umbrella ultra rare addon will make him instantly down survivors if he stomps on them directly).
and the more you use his powers (even his base ability) the more T-virus juice you consume therefore you have to refill it by hitting the zombies in the map or you can simply stick to infecting survivors with T-virus.
In compensation of giving survivors pistols (NO MEMES HERE) to take out the zombies, much like Resident Evil franchise, to prevent Nemesis from gaining his power and protecting yourself from the zombie attack, it will be scattered around the map (and respawn after awhile), and it shouldn’t categorized as a whole item as it specifically counters one niche therefore it should be worn like a charm (but on the other side of where charms are usually worn). press a button and start an animation that will attack any zombie in one line (much like the older version of RE 3 and 2) aaaand it’s a one time use to prevent survivors cheesing their games.
All done. Thank you for reading :)

Oh same here, I just thought it’s a bit lack-luster on the tier side as it takes awhile to build for add-on worthy upgrades, leaving him as good but uninteresting in my point of view.
thx for reading ^^

I do agree that his power need some tweaks but 250% seriously? And I am a guy who thinks that kiler speed should be a bit higher... but 250% is way too much.

I kinda like him alot, he seems a bit too good for his difficulty and rng element but maybe if instead of making him worse just make him more difficult

It’s an ability much like Blight that makes him sprint that fast (and it also consume T-virus so it’s not as spammable as Blight, so basically high-risk-high-reward) oh and the speed is intended to match Billy’s chainsaw sprint (which is 230%) but didn’t realized it when I was writing it xD my bad!

Oh, I thought he was going to be like that during all match when he hitted tier III. LOL, I should have guessed I was wrong

That sounds pretty op in my opinion.
I actually really like the way he turned out. He is so much fun to play as, and even go against. Although those are my first impressions.
The only thing I would change at the moment is to have an unlimited amount of vaccinations for survivors, or at the very least increase the amount of vaccinations by a lot.

Oh god no! xD but no worries! I also ran over my head giving him a crazier speed than Billy x.x

cause every good game has a learning curve, its more fun that way and also balances the killer a bit

They say that about all killer the Trickster is just huntress but he can throw knives, The Oni is just Billy on steroids etc etc. It never stops.

I think his power is fine, I only wish that they had done a little more with his mori, with a little more maneuvering with the tentacles. Like have it shoved into one ear & out the other, swirl around the brain a little and then puncture out the head or something.

I mean yeah I kinda just got into a game and a person said taht it was "overpowered" and I just palyed against one and no its not OP I agree that it takes skill

I really like his power tbh. I do however think that in tier 3 it should damage survivors and break pallets simultaneously.

At first, I was also disappointed by his power, but after seeing a lot of gameplay I came to really like it.
I do hope he gets some improvements to iron out the jank by launch though. His range is hard to see and the blue effect doesn't cover the whole distance, and if they want to keep the range that short, he should break pallets AND hit survivors at Mutation 3 since the range boost feels small.
Some way to make zombies consistent would be nice too, like using the tentacle strike on the ground and having a zombie start walking over or something

I agree mostly. I think tier 3 and leaping is a bit too far but, a nice rush speed and auto breakthrough pallets and doors was a missed opportunity.

No,I wasn't adding to you're point.I was saying people say the samething about every killer on release, that's it Trickster is a range killer but does that make him death slinger no ,no it does not.Death Slinger is a mid to range killer does that make him Pyramid Head no ,no it does not

I think an ability where you can command your zombies would be cool. Would add another layer of complexity to his power and make his zombies more unique and impactful.

Personally, I'd swap is T2 and 3 mutations. The range increase from T3 isn't all that great, but destroying pallets at range is. Seems like a bigger payoff.
