Have Cage rescues be included in safe rescue challenges

It's extremely frustrating that tome challenges requiring safe saves do not include Pyramid Head cages. As a survivor I can't control if the killer chooses to hook or use a cage. Completing challenges like "safely unhook a player that previously unhooked you" is already annoying since you basically have to give the killer a free hook and then hope your rescuer isn't saved by someone else later on or already hooked twice before you. Cage saves not counting just adds an additional issue to completing the challenge. This has also been brought up in the Feedback Section since Pyramid Head was released when it came to Tome challenges and several Tomes later is still an issue.
