That sliding is INSANE… now i believe he is just like nurse… strong, but infested with bugs which will never be fixed..
And these survivors are really, really bad. One of them even runs in straight line in hopes of getting away from blight… I wouldn’t be surprised if these survivors are in red ranks.

This is the average team. For me at least. But I find survivor much easier than killer. To be honest, this game doesn't really have a high skill cap at all. Killer may be easy, but survivor is a whole nother level of easy.
Most survivors who play with their friends are worse. They're too altruistic, and they are too cocky. Most survivors are hot trash. Idk who told you that most are decent, but either that person is joking or you were lied to.
My point is that killer isn't as hard as people like to claim. This post was meant for people like Lord Tony.

Every side has easy games and tough games for sure, It's probably hard for both sides to come away from a match feeling completely satisfied. I know I've got a problem where I doubt my own skill as killer and chalk it up to the survivors being bad

"Playing in red ranks is horrible, survivors are SWF swat teams tea bagging at the exits in minutes"
Then you post screens of like 30 4Ks as Trickster (so weak, can't even get a down they say on here) and they turn around and say
"That's not proof, most Survivors are potatoes and play horrible. It's easy to 4K most matches cause of that. He's still weak."
So hivemind of Killer mains on here... which is it?

If you're going to be showing survivors I would rather see their ranks rather than knowing that you're rank 1. Until the DC the survivors didn't do any major misplays other than just not working on gens (which to be honest is a pretty significant blunder) and after the DC, well who cares someone DC'd.
I'm pretty sure these were 4 purple ranks or maybe a rainbow crew with 1 red rank. However, these are not your average red rank survivors.

I gotta ask what's the reasoning behind running monitor and abuse on Blight? I would think Blight wouldn't get much value out of monitor due to the noises he makes when he rushes.

The people who say that the average survivors are good are usually bad. It may not be "easy" to 4k, which is a subjective word, but the average survivor is definitely a potato.

They are for me. These are all I get. They were all red ranks. However, I could start showing the end screen in my videos as well if you want proof.

I don't have many good perks on him, and even less are tier 3. I can't really run perks lower than t3 because it's just so unsatisfying to me.
It's not really about it being a good perk, but about it being my best option.

Mhm, killer is really annoying to play sometimes, and frustrating...but is it hard for me? Not really. If I lose it's definitely my fault in most cases.

I feel like it's easier to rank up as killer, but I also play strong killers such as Nurse and Blight like you do. Theoretically it should be easier to rank up as survivor rather than killer, but you have to rely on your team playing good and the killer playing bad, but not too bad or else you lose Benevolent emblem.

Alright, my comment got deleted for some reason but anyway---I feel like it's easier to rank up as killer. I get all of my points just from doing my main objective, hooking people. I also play stronger killers like Nurse and Blight though. Survivor is supposedly easier to rank up with but I feel like my games are so RNG, sometimes I'm as good as the killer and sometimes I suck, sometimes my teammates suck, sometimes the killer is too bad so I don't get a whole Benevolent emblem, etc. I feel like pipping relies on the other players too much whereas killer it depends mostly on you.

I don't know where/when you play, but as I've said many times, in the EU if I play from late afternoon then 9 out of 10 times I get matched with terrible survivors. Not even a challenge most of the time. Earlier in the day matchmaking is significantly better, but queues worse. Ymmw.
There's a reason why content creators stream at the hours they do when they go for streaks while gloating :wink: :wink:

Yeah, I agree. It gets to the point where i actually get bored of playing killer because I just feel bad.
@CoalTower honestly when I read the title and saw it was blight gameplay from the preview, I was expecting you to be running the most original blight build around. Actually surprised (in a positive way) that you weren't, add the funny music and your chill voice and it was really a good video to watch. Gave a look at a couple of your other videos too, i like you 👍👍

I got a rank reset to rank 9. Now that im rank 4 again i can say that its not hard to pip as survivor. The big difference to killer are double pips. They are so much easier on killer so you rank up a lot faster.

I hate Father Campbells with Blight. The main building is bugged as hell you bounce of all the benches when you jump down.
And the sliding on that map is horrendous. I got robbed 5 hits yesterday when I hit a Jake. The weapon visually hit him but got ignored, so I agree that Blight is at the same bug level as Nurse currently.
I'd prefer old Blight who was less bugged than this version.

I didn't watch the video (I'm just assuming the survivors were world class awful based on your comments) but to me, this isn't really a point in the games favor either.
I primarily play killer at red rank so I'm well aware that sometimes you get Seal team SWF and sometimes you get a team of toddlers who somehow managed to turn on and start a video game. NEITHER of these games are fun and the game is suffering greatly for it.
Getting used as a virtual punching bag by ST SWF sucks. Being able to sleep walk through a team of sentient potatoes isn't fun. Unfortunately the game is almost exclusively one or the other nowadays.
THAT to me is the bigger problem and a major reason I think the killer population is plummeting at high ranks. When we win, there's no satisfaction as we basically just crushed ants but when we lose, those survivors commonly go out of their way to make it as unfun as humanly possible as winning isn't enough for them, they need to embarrass the killer...

This seems weird to me that this is your average game. Don't get me wrong if you get a dc on average mixed with the fact you use 2 of the most powerful killers then yes I see why this would be this way for you. I too am rank 1 but even if the survivors are trash (IMO) meaning go down quickly they know to split and crank gens when not in chase. So I wonder is it the time you play? The region? Or just what I said before DC/Power killer average? Or just bullshit. BTW if I only used my mains or blight and nurse ya would Probably say the killer role is easy but there is more killers than that.

It isn't even that difficult vs good survivors if you know what you're doing and the map isn't terrible, IMO.
When I was going for Adept Hag the other day I had an interesting match where a lot of stuff was against me, stuff that people here would claim makes survivors OP - a lot of meta perks, all my totems got cleansed quite fast, there was a 3 man SWF, 3 flashlights vs Hag (and they knew how to use them as well, they disarmed my traps and got two or three flashlight saves against me from really creative angles so they definitely weren't babies). I was playing for Adept so I didn't camp or tunnel, and tried to play according to the emblem system so I hooked everyone multiple times. But I still got the 4k because it was on a balanced map and I know how to play Hag.
IMO killer is only really unwinnable if you get a bad map and the survivors know how to run it well. Otherwise, I really feel like at this point in the game's balance, if you're good at the killer you're playing you have every chance to win.

I don't get a DC on average. That was actually new. However, these are the types of survivors that I get every game.
I don't play much Blight. I only recently started playing him. I main Nurse though, so I was automatically at least decent with him.
It might be the region, but IDK. The word "easy" is very subjective. For example, would I win this easily as Trapper? No, but I'd still win.
I'd recommend heavy slugging if you struggle with gens against these teams. If they go down really quickly, then you'll get a lot of pressure. Have two people downed, and everyones off of those gens.

I think the hardest part about this game is RNG. It’s something you have no control over on either side.
As killer,
On the matches I always seem to be doing good in, someone brought a key, so once they are down to two people they just open hatch.
Or the ones where I am not doing good in (where I made mistakes, overcommitted) they got lucky with a thousand pallets on the map to where they just hold W and pre-drop.
Sometimes killer isn’t easy because of RNG, not necessarily because of the survivors’ skill.
On survivors,
You bring a “fun” non-meta build…. Meet Omega-Camping Bubba or Spirit with Ruin/Undying/Noed.
Oh and also meet the random newbie/s who just got the game a week ago.
That’s just my take on it anyway.

I know to slug when needed. It does not seem to be needed in your games if this is what you play on average. I'm at work all day so I only play at night and on weekends so I rarely see a team that don't split and crank gens and I use the whole roster. I don't always care enough to slug the team or tunnel one out but still hold my rank. I feel the game can be easy when I get my hands on a killer like Oni, Fred, Huntress, Pig, Wraith, Nurse and I'm sure spirit is too I just have not used her in a long time. If I see a red rank idiot is only 1 of the 4 and if the whole team is bad I know right away it was a matchmaking error. Outside of trickster I still do very well with the roster against good comp so maybe killer is easier and I just refuse to accept it.

For instance I just did a run through with trapper few weeks ago and supplies was limited (stopped investing new I was prestiging) all I had was brown bags with no corrupt best perk was dying light ######### you not. Still did pretty well not a 4k every game but kills every game and 3-4k majority. That trickster can get fuked though only killer I just feel depressed while playing.

Sme survivors have lives, kids, mortgage payments, jobs, other things to do and play games casually to unwind rather than sweat about how super ah-mazing they can become lol. Guess they should just stop playing!
