When you suffer from that stun for a good second, like if you fell off of a hill and your character staggered for a bit.

I think it's the areas that give you the biggest movement slowdown after falling. So asylum 2nd floor, Haddonfield houses, Hawkins, The Game, high area on Sanctum of Wrath...etc.

The houses in Badham and Hunfunfield, the drops in Gideon and Hawkings, the buildings in Mother's Dwelling, falling from Ironworks of Misery's stairs. Those are the ones I'm sure of.
A small fall won't do it, even if it's enough to trigger Balanced Landing. Your best best is a height that in general would cause a full stagger.

Falling from hills and from docks in the swamp works too.

So i had balanced landing with it and i think its bugged because i got balanced landing and it got activated and it didnt count.

Hills don't count (and iirc, never did)
Source: as for every tome, i forget they don't count, try it and see 0/x at the end of the game

I think balanced landing can activate without the height being enough for the challenge.
Dead Dawg Saloon also a great level for it, either inside the saloon or off the balcony is definitely good enough, did the challenge last night.

when you suffer from a stun aka when balanced landing would kick in. the best way to do the challenge is to jump from the side of the stairs in basement as far down as you can or jump from hills that are in most outdoor maps.
