For the People (solo) buff

Currently, solo survivors have no way to comunicate with their teammates about some of their own perks that require or promote teamwork. As a solo survivor I cannot use For the People on an unhooked survivor because they can immediately run away and not let me heal them to trigger For the People.

SWF doesn't have this problem.

Solution: Let survivors press the Activate button while healing or while unhooking to use For the People.

But then there's the problem of screwing over someone else's Second Wind

That, and what happens if I begin to unhook, use For the People, and then stop unhooking?

For these reasons, the survivor should be able to activate For the People while healing or unhooking, but they have to be fully unhooked for the effects to take place.

If the unhooked survivor has Second Wind it activates first and they are broken and cannot be healed by For the People. For the People does not work and does not injure the survivor trying to use it.

Honestly, this problem would be solved by letting survivors see each other's perks in the lobby.

This, and items with addons. DbD mobile does this. They should also display offerings.

Another solution would be to give an indicator to nearby injured survivors like We'll Make It does.

Funny thing is, OP made another thread regarding perks giving off notifications to nearby survivors
