Do you like this perk? Would you utilize it in a build that isn't just gen-centric? Do you think this perk has good synergy with another perk and like to run them together?

Really, REALLY underrated. Stake Out is pretty damn good with it.

To me, just another teachable clogging the bloodweb. Many other things get the job done better: most notably, Prove Thyself.
