Changing and balancing survivor perks for the better (Part 2)

Hello I'm back again to help buff and balance survivor perks to make them better lets jump into it

Dance With Me: increase the time you leave no scratch marks from 3 seconds to 4 seconds and lower the cooldown to 20 seconds

Dark Sense: Increase the aura read from 5 seconds to 7 seconds. After the last generator is completed you see the killers aura from 10 seconds to 14 seconds.

Dead Hard: put it on a token system. 2 or 3 tokens total. When a token is used you get the exhaustion status effect for 40 seconds. After all the tokens are consumed you permanently suffer from the exhaustion status effect.

Deception: Increase scratch marks time from 3 seconds to 4 or 5 seconds. Lower cooldown to 30 seconds.

Decisive Strike: Its fine now

Deja vu: No change

Deliverance: Decrease broken time from 60 seconds to 50 seconds.

Desperate Measures: Increase healing and unhooking speeds from 14 to 15%

Detectives Hunch: Increase time revel from 10 seconds to 12 seconds. Show the timer count down on the perk.

Distortion: keep current effect. Increase number of tokens from 3 to 4. You gain back tokens every time you are unhooked

Diversion: Keep the current effect. Lower the time need to be in killers terror radius from 30 to 25 seconds. Make be able to activate while in a chase.

Empathy; Make it back unlimited range

Fast Track: increase number of tokens from 3 to 4.

Fixated: No change

Flip Flop: Along with current effect show the auras of hooks while in the dying state

For the people: Decrease broken time from 90 seconds to 75 seconds.

Head On: No Change

Hope: Along with current effect every generator completed you gain a 7% haste status effect for 3 seconds. Does not activate when in a chase and activates the moment you escape a chase.

Inner Strength: No change

Iron will: make breathing sounds still work and decrease grunts of pain from 100% to 80% (This is assuming stridor is getting changed)

Kindred: No change

Leader: increase speeds from 25% to 30% and increase range from 8 to 12 meters.

Left Behind: Along with current effect when your the last survivor left in the trial you gain a 7% haste status effect.

Lightweight: Along with the current effect decrease footsteps sounds 25% and you don't make sounds in the grass when walking through them.

Lithe: No change

Lucky Break: Increase time from 45 seconds to 60 seconds. Timer pause while healing. Increase grunts of pain by 20% to compensate.
