Speed 125%
The killer is always phasing with it's current flickering
Holding the power button will let the spirit see survivors but move at 75%

Vast limit to information for a drastic increase in speed.

125% is clown antidote speed though (actually a little less). that's really damn slow.
but if it was really fast, then she'd still be problematic because she'd be a killer that constantly moves very fast and can see your location at any time by briefly slowing down.

Sure! Way more fair than what we have now. As long as the phasing in and out cue is audible within terror radius as well.

Spirit will have the current 'flicker' animation with terror radius and will be solid when she is able to see survivors
