Should Killers see the whoever are in a SWF ?
I liked Scott Jund's idea of Killers being able too see in the lobby who are in SWFs. This could give Killers Ideas who ever shares info with who or give a warning to killers to bring a stronger build.
This could make a Clown with no add ons on Cowshed vs 4 SWF who brought a farm offering a less occurrence.
I don't see any bad sides here, any thoughts about this?

Then SWFs would have even longer q times then they already have because of lobby doging. If they were to implement something like that it would have to happen when you load into the match in in the post game lobby.

Maybe not in the lobby, but at least when the match begins. Each SWF mate would has to show some kind of signal in its miniature picture.

No, otherwise it would increase dodging. SWF itself is fine. Nobody should be punished for playing with their friends. It's how it's implemented into the game that is the issue, and that's entirely on the devs incompetence, and failure to do anything about it.
However, you should be able to see who was in a SWF in the post game lobby. That way I can know if I was stomped by a crutch, or by some really good solos that I can respect.

Sure, I can agree that if it's not in lobby, it can show on post game

I think the problem is that wait times would get excessive for survivors who just want to play with their friends, or they end up facing strong builds with strong add-ons constantly, even though they aren't a 5000 hour Survivor Team 6. I mean just because people are in an SWF, doesn't mean they are: 1. On Comms 2. Super coordinated 3. Amazing at the game. Overall, I think it'd make things less fun for people just playing with their friends, and make SWF only for people who are super coordinated. Also on some platforms, you can get into party chat with players you load into the match with.
The SWF advantage can only really be reduced by buffing solo, then buffing killers to compensate. That way a killer won't need to run things that are super strong, or if they're in an SWF because the experience won't be much different than a solo team.

It would just encourage lobby dodging and encourage chill swfs to play more serious because they'll know the killer will play more serious. It's just bad all around.
What should really happen is killers should be shown who was in a swf at the end of the match. There's literally no reason not to .

Just lock us in as killer. Doing it at the end of the match won't help anyone but realize, oh, I should have brought in better stuff to handle the situation. It's like reverse PMS. Preventive Maintenance System in the military. You wouldn't go oh, well, we could have done something about we chose to do something AFTER something happened. We should be able to see what we are up against from the get-go.

I'd love it as I'd be able to put on stronger add-ons and perks in preparation as well as getting a better idea of how they're going to play.
They won't do it (understandably) because there will just be tons of lobby dodging against SWFs and some killers running blind/slug builds against solos if I had to take a guess though.
I would really like to know whether I faced one or not post game at the least though so that I can confirm/deny the power of SWF anecdotally.

I think letting the killer know beforehand who is swfing is only fair. It's either that or balance the game for swf. But I think we all know that nothing will happen

Swf get away with alot when they can coordinate builds, items, and offerings but more importantly There's plenty of killers that would just bring the most powerful stuff into solo.
Content creators have alot of good ideas but unfortunately they do not experience half the drama that goes on with the cameras turned off.

After the match.

No matter how much solos get buffed, SWFs will still have the advantage. Because they get these changes aswell anyway as the game doesn't make a difference who is playing with friends and who's not. I'm not even sure if BHVR is able to track it since they added crossplay. Maybe that's the reason they try to balance it this way, which is more complicated then just nerf SWFs with an action-debuff or whatever. Or they're just scared to loose players, which would make sense aswell from a sellers POV.

Honestly, while he brings up some interesting discussion points from time to time, this is probably the dumbest idea out there. You'd end up with massive queue times because a lot of killers will dodge if they see a 3 man or 4 man stack. Now for people of Scott's, Otz's, comp players calibre who excel at killer (or those of us who don't care) will happily go against these squads. However, this community is far larger than those subsets and you'll get a lot of people who will simply dodge until they end up with 4 solo's or 1 duo.
Now, admittedly, maybe some killers will dodge 1 in 15 lobbies, but when you have 10 killers all thinking the same way about a particular lobby the wait time just gets worse and worse. This doesn't factor in the spiteful players who will close the game mid loading just to send the swf to the back of the queue (yes, sadly those people exist). Soloquers will end up dodging swf knowing that they'll struggle to get a match or that the killer will likely be sweating their balls off to secure the win. In a game like this where they already admitted in the recent anniversary stream that they'll be adding "incentives" (essentially bribes to play killer), it would kill the playerbase as people wont keep waiting for 20 mins+ to get a game.
Even adding a marker post game will encourage people to dodge the lobby if they see the same players knowing they're a swf. There are almost no tangible benefits to showing who is grouped, as frustrating as it can be at times. It is genuinely baffling me that Scott even remotely thinks this would be a good idea in any capacity.

How is this Scotts idea? The idea was here long before he even talked about it.
Nonetheless killers cant even see hooks on survivors so I doubt they would let them see swf. It would also mean that swf team queue times would skyrocket.
They could at least show who was swf after the match, I don't see a reason why not

They should definitely add a SWF marker in the post-game chat to highlight how unfair solo que and full sweat squads are.

It would be a good idea to show it after the match who were and who weren't in a swf, and maybe give the killer some extra points for it or something.
Showing it before the match will just result into lobby skipping to a point where the swf could end up waiting for hours to get into a game

Yes so I don't waste Party Streamers on them.

I'm against this idea I play swf alot I cant stand solo in this game atm if you saw I was in a swf you would bring a whole build dedicated to destroying my team despite the fact I was playing for fun the whole time it would just destroy casual swf players.

Not sure why people would assume majority of killers would lobby dodge when they see who is SWF in pregame lobby. Whenever some people complain about SWF, most killers I've seen here are fine going against SWF and that they are up for the challenge or suggest people need to learn how to play against these squad. SWF is totally fine.
Only a small group of killers would lobby dodge and it shouldn't affect matchmaking. I see no issues with that. If survivors are given the option to play with friends, to be fair to killers they should be given the option to avoid playing against people and their friend too.
