Play with your food have so much a potential to become good perk or even meta. buff only one thing.

My suggestion is to make it so you no longer have to lose only obsession. Instead it would work with every survivor.

It would drastically change this perk and make so more people would use it.

Meta change is extremely needed right now. And i think that buffed play with your food could fit into it.

Imagine it on wraith. You find someone, uncloak, cloak, uncloak, cloak, uncloak, cloak ... 3 stacks, you run at them with 130% movement speed at almost no cost. I think it would be just too strong on certain killers.

That would be way overpowered. Instant 5% speed boost, up to +15%, just for losing LOS on any survivor in any chase. If you did this it would have to only be allowed one token, and be gained several seconds after the chase ended.

I could maybe see the perk staying as is but downing your obsession allowing you to retain 5% speed for 30 or 45 seconds with any actions such as attacking, breaking pallets, or vaulting etc causing you to lose the 5% before that allotted time expires. 5% extra speed is far more significant than it seems despite the number sounding/looking so minuscule. Being able to gain 5 to 15% constantly without a build dedicated to it such as nemesis and enduring while trying to eat pallets would be devastating to dbd’s core gameplay in my opinion.

Instead of increasing the ways to get stacks, just reduce the things that make you lose stacks. Clown's bottle, Plague's vomit, and Bubba's chainsaw apparently drain stacks and the latter two's attack registers as multi-hit meaning you will lose stacks extremely quickly. At least just make it so that you only lose stacks when you whiff your special attack or perform a basic attack
