I feel bad for Pig Mains
Her entire power was designed as a fix for genrushing back when that was a much bigger problem, and now she's stuck in this perpetual limbo.
I don't think Pig is the worst killer and I don't think you should switch mains, I feel bad about you guys because her power and most of her perks were designed as bandaid fixes to problems that don't exist anymore.

Not enough boopin of snoot if ya ask me

Well I still love her there's some minor things I would love to change like boxes being visible at the start of the trial and crouch speed but other than that she is beautiful and kills just fine.

Honestly, I see it well, but it needs a few small changes to its basic kit and perks.

My swf teammate and I die boopin pig snoots. Either the pig gets pissed and kills us quickly or the pig is pleased and tries to let us live but we have her kill us anyway. 😂 Well atleast we try to have her kill us, some are really good at dropping a survivor at the exit forcing us out even if we try to stay in. 😂

I think Pig needs less RNG traps and her base kit should be brought up to the level of Combat Straps and Video Tape so she can have a better anti loop ability. Pigs that use their dash a very fun to go against especially if they use those add ons.

Her issues are that she takes too damn long to do everything. Placing traps? Takes forever without the purple add-on. Crouching? Takes too long without combat straps to use in a chase against anyone with a functioning brain. Ambush? Way too long of a start-up time. Crouching movement speed? Slow. And to think crouching took twice as long when she released lmao.
She needs to be sped up, like Wraith. Crouching and ambush charge/cooldown should be the same as combat straps and video tape, and the trap placing speed should be the same as that purple add-on.

Those as base would be nice yes, and maybe move her roar forward a lil in her ambush too. But it's her very inconsistent traps that are the biggest drawback.
I've seen others say there should always be 5 boxes to search instead of 4 at base. Besides requiring two add-ons to change for that (tbh she badly needs an add-on pass anyway) I feel such a change would actually be oppressive depending on the map layout, and Tampered would make it worse.
I've also seen others mention changing the odds on searching the boxes to something closer to Trapper's change, where the first box is quite unlikely to be the correct one, the next search a bit more likely, and so on. This one i feel better about.
But a common complaint about the Pig is her purposely camping a surv & box (or bodyblocking it) and of course throwing the match for that one head pop. So a power change needs to somehow address this as well.
My own crazy ass change would be once you find the correct key the surv must spend a lot of time unlocking their headgear, or drop it and another surv can do it almost instantly. This makes logical sense to me as attempting to remove it yourself would be quite nerve-racking while another might be calmer and therefore more efficient with it. And this ties up two survs from objectives much like Sloppy for healing speed does. Franklin's would be a problem though.... but I still dig the concept.

So now she's too strong. If those problems don't exist anymore.

Pig needs some rebalancing. In some respects, she's too strong. Good luck beating a Pig if you have one potato teammate, or two teammates bad in chase. In other respects, she's far too weak. Nothing in her kit to help her in chase. Her stealth is the weakest in the game. I've gotten a grab with her before, but usually only against people who aren't paying attention. She needs some tradeoffs in each area to make her a better killer. Faster while crouched, longer ambush, and then maybe normalize RBT's a bit. (1 RBT takes 1 search, 1 takes 2, 1 takes 3, and 1 takes 4. You could even change the timer based on how many searches you have to do, with 4 tries having more time to do it, and 1 search having a LOT less

As much as I play The Pig, I feel like she's far better than most people give her credit for (she's usually at the bottom of most tier lists I see). I think she's in pre-rework Wraith territory -- a few QOL changes would make her much less reliant on luck and more lethal against really good survivors (not that she can't beat good survivors now, because she absolutely can).
I definitely see a pattern to my matches that go well with her and those that don't (I'm sitting at Rank 1 now with her, and almost every lobby I get is all Red Rank players, though obviously, there's a huge difference in skill level in players you find at Red Rank).
Matches that go well usually have me getting a down before the first gen pops, having at least one player dealing with an active trap that doesn't come off on the first box they search, (taking them almost completely out of the game), and moving on from there, hopefully getting downs (and more people trapped) along the way. Those games tend to see a couple of gens lost early, but survivor priblerorgerets stalls in the mid-game. I run Ruin, so if my totem actually doesn't spawn in front of someone to start the match, the combo of trap slowdown and gen regression usually allows me to get enough pressure to get it to a 3 v. 1 before things get out of hand.
Matches that go poorly for me usually have survivors who can stall me by looping very well and/or just running from pallet to pallet to waste time while gens are getting done. Those games see Ruin gone quickly, survivors waiting to pop gens until traps are off, or just terrible RNG with traps always coming off on a survivor's first search. When The Pig gets no game slowdown from trapping people and no gen regression (either from no Ruin or no other gen regression perks like PGTW/Surge/etc.), she's going to have a rough time.
I'd like to see a quicker crouch and her roar AFTER the Ambush Attack has started -- those little additions to help her stealth (which is the worst by far amongst stealth killers) and her ability to play loops better with the Ambush would be small changes but helpful (and make her more fun to play in chase -- the biggest satisfaction is playing a paller and downing a survivor with the Dash). A change to the RNG of her traps I'm neutral on -- I've just come to expect that there's some luck involved, and sometimes the traps just aren't going to do anything, while sometimes I'll get an unexpected head pop out of nowhere.
Don't feel too bad for us Pig mains -- we have fun playing her because ... well, she's the easiest to meme with, she's occasionally deadly, and she presents a challenge to play against a good team. She's no Nurse, but she's no Trickster either. I'm probably biased, but she's overall not in a bad place at all.

If you ask me her traps should kill on hatch as well, it's absolutely ridiculous how many times survivors bypass the kill condition by simply jumping through one of these. And that's without addressing keys and how broken they are right now.

I'd say Pig is a supposed A tier killer hanging around in low B tier. She needs a few QoL changes to get her back up in the A tier

Hmmm...
She’s still a very successful killer though. Her power is still very effective most of the time. And the usefulness of Surveillance or MYC hasn’t diminished in any way.
So what is there to feel bad about?

How would everybody feel if her crouch, crouched walking speed, and trap countdown were faster? Leave her kit and perks alone but give a bit of a boost to what she's got?

I think I'd prefer a higher POV while crouched and a much delayed roar to any of what you mentioned.
0 -
Yeah, those changes would be fair too. The roar should be delayed. Honestly I think it's really cheesy anyway. Pigs don't roar like lions, let alone petite women who happen to be wearing pig masks. It's been a while since I've watched the Saw movies but I don't remember Amanda actually roaring like a beast when she grabbed people.

Change her traps to have less rng and make her ambush actually usuable without addons. GF gets to crouch instantly why does pigs feel so god damn sluggish.
