Which Killers Needs Buff for You?
What are you thinking? Choice 3 killers and list them, start with weakest.

- Clown (absolutely the worst)
- Myers without addons (His add-ons are pretty strong tho, so I wouldn't say he's bad in general, just extremely add-on dependent).

Clown is bad because his bottles don't do much, an extra effect should be added. Huntress gets a health state when hitting a hatched, Clown gets a pathetic hindered effect that may or may not help you at all. You get no benefit of landing 4 perfect bottles if you lose the survivor. And considering how underwhelming the bottles are, it's not much of a surprise if you do so. Trickster suffers from the same issue. You may be 1 knife away from getting a health state from survivors and if you lose the chase, it's like you've hit nothing. Literally a waste of time.
Myers is bad because without add-ons he basically has no ability at all, only status effects. In Tier 1 he has a Undetectable status effect, which other killers can get from perks, without suffering from the incredibly slow movement speed and no lunge. Then he has to stalk his way up to T2 to basically become your basic killer, however without any ability. T2 Myers is basically Trapper with no traps. And on T3 after u finally reached, you have an Exposed status effect for a short time and a slightly bigger lunge... woooow.
And Pig in theory has many things going on for her (crouching, undetectable, big lunge attack, reverse bear traps), which should make her good, however she unfortunately ends up being underwhelming. I've no logical explanation as to why, but it is what it is, she's bad.

You said 3, but honestly any killers below A tier need buffs of varying degrees. Which B tier and below account for more than half the entire killer roster.

are we talking straight up buffs without any major power changes?
500% Trapper. his power COULD be good, but it just isnt.
if you include some, potentially major, power changes, i would also throw in Trickster, Legion and Twins.

Trapper, Pig, Myers..and all C and below tier killers should be buffed. Playing survivor you should have respect of every killer but sadly so many weak ones that teams just toy with them.

Trapper - Needs more base kit traps
Vommy Mommy - Survivors control her power, which isn't fun for the killer. I have no idea what they can do though.
Legion - Needs a full on rework.

- Legion needs a solid rework, their addons are broken, and their power is weak and easy to counter.
- Pig, I think she is an unfinished killer, she has a lot of add-ons that give her something at some cost, and also we cannot forget her RNG.
- I'd love to see a doc addon that shows imaginary doctors that walk towards a player, but that's just because of my fondness for him ;)

Myers, give him a buff to T1, his T2 and T3 are fine it's his T1 that makes him extremely weak. Make him 110% in T1 and make it to where survivors slowly regenerate evil for Myers to stalk. It doesn't need to be quickly, just something so he is never truly out of stalking.

Hard to say. Some killers like doctor and bubba are widely considered B tier but I think they are both in great spots
