do you think BHVR will ever get the alien license or It/penny wise license
these two characters would be huge for BHVR but they are both owned by big companies. (alien is owned by Disney and I believe warners bros owns pennywise) I think the only way tho is warner bros or Disney to approach BHVR and not other way around.
but I wouldnt be too sad because Disney and Waner bros have worked with BHVR before so if this game get even bigger I think we could see alien or pennywise in dbd

I just can't understand how BHVR still didn't get the Alien license. Everyone knows who Alien is (are), It would be a super successful chapter release.

Since Fortnite somehow managed to get the Xenomorph and Ripley, I'd say it's very possible for Behavior to acquire the Alien license. Pennywise is very unlikely however, since Stephen King is adamant about not putting the IP into games.

Not a fan of Alien, but i would love pennywise :)

No I'm not trolling, I love the Alien franchise. You can literally search my username on Reddit to see that I have an Alien profile picture. Lol.

Alien? Yes, it's only a matter of when not if.
It? Fat chance. They've already asked King twice and in both times he said no. There have been only two licensed King games in history: The Mist (1985) and The Dark Half (1993). If the devs did not have to deal with King, and only go through Warner Brothers, then it would have already happened by now.

Pennywise is unlikely due to King I guess.
Alien is possible but a question of money. And Signourney Weavers likeness for Ripley is unlikely from what I heard, Fortnite at least didn’t get it. She was featured in Alien:Isolation though..

you do realise that alien is owned by Disney the supreme leader of media
BHVR is going to have to do a lot to get it so sadly as much you want it I would not get my hope up

Yeah Predator

who owns predetor again

Honestly, I just want the team to enjoy pushing themselves with each release. Keeping going outside the box with their designs and over everything else (yes yes i know balance is important) keep it all fun. Even with Nemesis, i'm rubbish but i have great fun with him. In terms of Alien.............gosh its a big ask, Disney owns both Alien & Predator at the moment and I can't imagine the amount of paperwork that would involve. I think its possible of course but just don't over hype it on yourselves!

Disney owns Predator and Alien, but we can hold our breath till then.

very wise statement of yours

I don't see Pennywise coming to DbD since we already have the Clown and it will seem overboard to have more than one.
Regarding Alien, I don't know if it will happen, it might. Although, I think that it may not fit the overall aesthetic of the game. That's just my personal opinion though.

PREDATOR!!!!
according to google, 20th Century Studios (The Walt Disney Company)

Demogorgon blends in pretty well

Wasn't 20 century owned by Fox Network or something?

Really? This lame argument again?
Pennywise would play nothing like Clown, and he visually looks nothing like Clown.
Plus we already have Hillbilly/Leatherface and Myers/Legion/Ghostface, so it doesn't matter how visually similar a potential licensed killer would look to existing killers. Certainly not one as iconic as Pennywise.
Also you can't say an Xenomorph couldn't fit when the game already has an Xeno homage in the form of Demogorgon in the game. Plus we're about to add a giant mutant to the game and have Doctor. Sci-fi horror is already welcome in DBD.

I think alien will be likely on the cards at some point in the future if they haven't asked them already. As for IT I'm a bit 50/50 on that just because we already have clown but you never know.

He didn't exactly say that he was against putting his work in video games, he said that video games were cool but not his thing. I managed to find an interview back in 2008 where he talked about children getting access to video games rated M, and the whole "Stephen King is against his work being in video games" claim was taken out of context from that interview I believe.
Source: https://ew.com/article/2008/04/05/stephen-king-videogames/
Unless he's explicitly stated somewhere else he was against video games and I haven't seen it, please send it to me if you have the source so I'm not stuck in wishful thinking that one day Pennywise might come to Dead by Daylight.

I think Alien could be possible, But definitely not IT.

Probably, they got a collaboration with capcom which wasn't expected and look now. I'll bet that the next license dlc will be Alien, it would be awesome and just thinking about having a spaceship map makes it even more cool.

didn't disney buy fox?
*googles
yes... it did
On March 20, 2019, amidst a cord cutting revolution lead by Netflix, the prophecy would be fulfilled. Disney acquired 21st Century Fox Company on March 20, 2019.
honestly... defaulting to "disney owns the thing" is probably the safest bet

I never said that neither would happen, just that I personally think that it's unlikely. I recognise the presence of killers with similar powers, so Pennywise may come, I don't know. I just don't think another clown is needed, because they will both look like clowns, regardless of power. Unlike the killers with similar powers that all look very different. Yes, they may look like different clowns and have different powers, but they are still both clowns.
Alien-wise, I'm not sure how the power would work and I'm personally not interested in seeing a killer like that since I don't particularly like sci-fi. I wasn't bothered about the presence of Demogorgon either and don't think that he entirely fits. But that's just personal preference.
At the end of the day this post was about people's opinions, and those were mine. Pennywise and Alien are not things I particularly care to see and I don't see coming.

Alien on the 6th Anniversary?

Alien is my dream chapter to come into dbd. If they get it I do think itll be one of the biggest licenses they have ever gotten speaking money wise (Disney) and it is an icon in horror. Seeing it on the last Survey made the chances even better. Here's to hoping!

God I would love an Alien vs Predator chapter sooooo bad. Although I think the Predator would be universally hated just like Wraith if he comes with his stealth kit. But damn that would be really cool.

To get straight to the point on this one. Disney is notorious for not wanting to do collabs unless THEY themselves approach whoever they want to work with first. Then, of course, the price tag would probably be insanely huge but, with all that being said, it's a maybe. It would just take a lot of work.
Now, IT is sadly a different story. Stephen King just does not see any value in crossing over video games in general. Now, not saying it's not impossible but, just... very unlikely because of King's stinginess with his licenses.
