Console issues pls
It seems that these threads are kinda growing, but I guess we are just unlucky because unfortunately BHVR did not read any of them. They must just have missed that this is an issue, therefore Im doing another thread about the topic just to increase chances of them seeing it :)

The typical issues on console.
Lags, freezes, bad performance etc.
Someone Dead hards? Lags
Someone gets hooked? Lags

Oh they are reading them lmao. They just are not sure how to get rid off them since they aren't allowed to say that console optimization is not happening.
Probably just hoping threads will die out and people will silently move onto next gen consoles

Someone in other thread showed us how his ps4 was running DBD great and we said his ps4 must be blessed. Week later his ps4 died and now he's trying to get a ps5. I think DBD running fine on old consoles means either the frame drops seem normal to the player or the system is overworking itself to run the game fine and is killing itself.

Check your hard drive there might be a problem with it.
Free up disk space, rebuild the database.
The most important one keep it clean, open it up and clean it out.
But then again I'm might also be another luckily one.

Im on ps4 and ive never experienced things like this all this time,except for the past week due to the servers. Its an xbox issue i think

That was me. But I'm not necessarily mad, since it's a perfect excuse to get a PS5.

I hope you're able to get a ps5 soon because that really sucks that your ps4 died when it's still a pain to get a new ps5.
With how my ps4 sounds every time I load in DBD I worry each time it's going to break my ps4. No other game causes my ps4 to do that.

More than likely, they choose to ignore it because they don't want to optimize consoles. However, they can't just say that they're leaving old gen consoles in the dust because then they'd be breaking that promise they made well over a year ago now. I personally find the Devs silence on this absolutely disgraceful and it is totally disrespectful to their playerbase but hey, they don't care so what can we do eh?

I didn't notice them a lot until I became high rank. Much more dead hard, sloppy, etc there. Cross play has quite a bit to do with it of late I have noticed but I plan to upgrade soon as I can instead of waiting for false promises.

I'm red ranks on both roles for over than half year and use dead hard etc myself and still didn't see any lag or freeze idk maybe I'm just lucky with my console but as time goes and my ps gets older I already prepared to fact it will become like that so by that I'm saving for new pc because on last one spilled coffee and it died 😂

Just in-case anyone wants to say it isn't an issue or that it's only an "X console" issue. Plenty of clips from PS4 and Xbox

The only issue I'm having on console is the issue with Surveillance which has been reported many times even by me and still nothing has been done about it.
when the gens reach zero regression on their own, they're not supposed to turn yellow as if a survivor has stopped them.
and before I'm told to move something like that to bug reports it's there already

So your going to start all over on a PC? See I am on Xbox one and never noticed these issues and maybe that was because I didn't know what they were, was lucky at the time, the causes of these problems weren't in my games then, who knows. If you truly are getting lucky and exery single one of you games on a PS4 has 0 frame drops that ######### fantastic. Hard to believe but fantastic either way. Moving to a PC when there is no cross-progression just seems completely dumb for MYSELF to do as I have invested time/money into the game/account. So xbox series is my only option and trying to get one of those is not very easy right now so I took a break from the game.

Well I'm not planning to anytime soon who knows if cross progression will be a thing than or if I'll even play the game until than it's all blind talk rn but buying pc is in general I need not just gaming so we'll see

Funny enough my husband and I were just talking about possibility of mine dying because every time he hears it when DBD is loading he gets worried because no other time does it make sounds like that.
He got a ps5 when they came out because he was able to pre-order it. He was going to get me one too but I was like "nope, my ps4 still works and we just bought a house, I can wait and maybe get one on sale when they're not so limited." If my ps4 does die (fingers crossed it doesn't) we still have his ps4 so I will have something until upgrading.
I won't be playing DBD on that though and risk killing it if my ps4 dies because he still has the PT demo on his ps4.
