Buff The Legion

I, sadly, can't access the PTB but I've seen many videos and streams of people playing as The Legion and all I can say is... I'm disappointed.
When I first read the power and the lore I was surprised, I absolutely loved this killer; but I've come to realize how bad they actually are.

First of all: movement speed.
Please make The Legion a 115% movement speed killer. Everyone dislikes slow killers. Chasing without the Frenzy is literally like a Huntress without hatchets: painfully slow.

Second: the power has too many downsides.
You can move faster, vault and have reduced cooldowns, but at a very high cost: you can't see scratch marks, you can't hit the same person twice, if you do you have a double stun because of the attack cooldown and the frenzy stun, the power depletes way too fast and the cooldown is pretty long.

Third: deep wound.
It's just SO inefficient to have to hit the same person 4/5 times with your power to put them in dying state. Especially how the game is now, where generators get done insanely fast. A buff to how The Legion inflicts deep wound is needed: even 3 hits would be a lot better.
Also, deep wound should not be applied if the survivor is injured (without deep wound). People don't heal against The Legion because a Frenzy attack is like a second life they can have, that THE KILLER GIVES THEM. Basically, deep wound should only be applied if the survivor starts off healthy or has already deep wound, and make it so that a Frenzy attack on an injured survivor downs them.

Fourth: mending.
Mending should count as an healing action like Snapping out of it, but I hope it's just a bug that will be fixed.
Mending should not be available without self care or a medkit or a teammate healing you. The bleed out timer is so long that you can easily lose the killer, hide in a corner and mend without any problem.

The Legion has so much potential, please make them better.

They need to be careful with buffing this killer though. The fact that he can, just like the Nurse, pretty much just ignore the defenses of survivors give him an insane advantage in chases, which is compoensated by needing more hits to down a survivor in Frenzy mode. But I agree that right now the killer has a to hard time actually downing survivors. On the other hand, he can slow down the game really well so they need to be very careful with buffs.
The fact that with this killer, it pretty much doesn't matter what a survivor does while being chased is a bit problematic in my opinion. After 2 days of ptb I got to say that it's not a lot of fun playing against him, but maybe that's just me. It's still too early to have a definitive opinion on the new killer.

I'm all for slowing the game down. =]
I believe Deep Wound is a great way to help prevent Gen Rushes.
I agree though, slow killers are annoying to play with.

I agree with everything except needing a medkit/SC to mend.
We don't want to force perks on people
(Even though Ruin and Enduring are forced on killers)

SC has always been meta anyway, lol.
I didn't want to force perks, I actually wanted to encourage team work and altruism (and using SC or a medkit if you really can't make it to anyone), but I see how not being able to mend if you don't have those things could cause trouble and complaints.

No one mentioned camping?? Are you just assuming that everyone who plays killer camps?

Is it bad that we want a killer that is fun and isn't complete garbage? Oh no, you're right, because then survivors would complain that the game is killer biased, they can't have ez wins and so they would uninstall.
The Legion is terrible at the moment, we are just suggesting some tweaks to make them at least viable. God forbid us for wanting to have fun with killers.

I think mending needs to slow the bleed timer instead of stop it, I disagree with hitting the same person, they should give better tools to incentivize pursuing multiple targets.

I believe it should be a 60\40 chance of survivability from deep wounds. And I believe the change I described here would really help provide a solid foundation of this killer, and honestly making him a burst killer would be really enjoyable
