The Legion Backstory

Legion's backstory is actually really cool. Not on the level of Kenneth or Rin, but still far better than Michael (they still need to give him and Laurie a decent backstory). Especially how Susie really didn't want to kill, hence why she had the least tally marks on the teaser.
The end of Jeff's backstory is just sad. Poor dog (yes, I felt more bad for the dog than I did for the janitor that got murdered, that's just how I am. I love animals, both on and off the table.)

I liked how they intertwined both so much. Especially the end. For those who didnt catch it, that sound in the forest was Jeff himself. Which means the Entity grabbed all 5 of them at more or less the same time.

Yeah, that dog reminded me of the futurama episode. :[
###. You made me remember that scene at the end.

Is it just me or is Jeff's only connection to the killer is doing 'artwork' at the ski lodge yeah fair enough about the rest of Jeff's story with the dog an what not but still also to me jeff is basically an upgraded version of David mixed in with the clown (minus clowns outfit)0

Maybe but if he got a phone call saying his father passed away that means his body what the legion buried was found or someone or something saw what happened and told Jeff they killed his father but it doesn't say his body was found either but going off back stories they were all taken pretty much at the same time by the entity0

I want to know whether the Entity worked its persuasion on Suzie like it did The Nurse, The Trapper, The Doctor, etc. (Assumption coming from one of the 50 questions one of the devs answered. In response to the hooks in the trapper and the nurse's pillow case, the response was something like 'you think they did that to themselves? Lol')
She was the least psychotic from the background, but her unmasked model paint a very different picture altogether as the one who enjoys it the most. We know the entity has forced some of the killers into playing the game, did it twist Suzie? It seems they were taken immediately after the first kill, so this intrigues me!Post edited by Worldsastage on0 -

The only one we see in-game right now are Frank and Julie. Frank already had this killer instinct, and Julie was "corrupted" by Frank. Susie and Joey, we havent seen their stances in-game yet. Then we might see how they behave.
My guess is that the Entity did little work on them, other than merging their minds, because Frank had already done most of the work on the other three others. By doing so, the intentions of the personality with the strongest will dominate the others. So, for example, even if you are playing as Julie, Joey or Susie, your intentions are being driven by Frank.
Of course, this is just guessing, but it has some interesting implications. A few weeks ago, during a lore stream, they did mention how, while there is no favouritism, Clown is like the "favourite child" of the Entity because he was already a dark minded killer. He didnt have to incentivise him to act as a killer, and he got some "rewards for that" (such as having the horse with him). Maybe, the Legion is similar in that regard, which is why they got to keep their lair (the lodge).

To be fair, even before the Entity took Frank, pretty sure he was already going to kill Jeff. Jeff might have seen them bury the body of the janitor they killed, acting as a possible witness. Anything to keep their crime a secret.
In any case, it wouldnt be personal. Doubt you would remember this one guy you saw years before once or twice. Jeff might remember him (he remembers his first art piece), but I really doubt Frank does.0 -
This has to be one of the worst , lazy ,cringiest and edgiest that I have ever read. Seriously , this story where he was bullied and ######### is just overused material and pure laziness. I had a feeling he was gonna be some edgy teenager. If you wanted a creepypasta type character you should've go for a character like laughing jack or slender , you know a some what interesting characters.

I find it interesting that it's the first time where we have the killer and survivor of a chapter interacting with each other before being pulled in the entity realm

It doesn't say anything about any of the characters getting bullied

Isn't the game itself edgy?
I agree, Dead by Daylight is kinda edgy, they do forcefully cram the fear of death down our throats by making perks painfully obvious to it like No One Escapes Death, Thanatophobia, The Shattered Bloodline chapter trailer, even the Game's motto: Death is not an escape

Legion:
I wasn't entirely sure how to feel about it. I liked the way the story was told and written, but there were so many things in it that seemed either cliche (beyond normal cliche I mean) or that just didn't make sense. I'm not saying that it's complete trash or that I hate it, but it certainly doesn't feel right.Jeff:
I actually loved his story, seeing that he interacted with the Legion was really cool. I love the way they painted him and the personality that he has, it just felt nicely thought out and he felt like a full character.0 -
