No reply from my support ticket in 14 days.
They simply stoped responding after a couple of weeks of correspondence.
What should I do?
Start a new ticket about my ticket?

It has nothing to do with your question, it is simply curiosity, but was it necessary to give yourself that name?

My previous name was Hex: Ebola, and then somebody pointed out the new virurs.
So I had to change.

Ooo we’ve got an edgy one here

First time ?

Every time you add a new comment to your ticket, it sends it to the bottom of the list.
Creating a new ticket will just have this one also be at the bottom of the list.
3 -
Yes, this is the first time they stoped responding to a ticket before the issue was solved.

I waited one week the first time and 10 days the second time.
How long should I wait?
One month? A year? Ten years?

Every time you add a comment to ask something new it sends it to the bottom of the priority list, which seems like what you're doing.
Just wait for them to send an email back.
When you get an email like this, it means they're on your ticket currently and it should be resolved soon,

We had a pretty long conversation and I got lots of those mails but after the person at customer service said he would give it to the technical team I haven't heard any more.

And every time you sent a message back it went back to the bottom of the priority list. After that, when it goes to the technical team, you just have to wait. If it feels like it's taking too long, there's a technical issues section of the forums you can use to ask tech support directly.

Ok, can you look at the copy of the conversation too?
I edited the post and inserted an image of the conversation.

Sure let me just get my hackerman gear out-
No, I cannot access your private emails #########?

The image of the conversation is here:
Do you have to hack something to see it?
This is the second time I inserted an image of the conversation.
Can't you see the image of the conversation?

If you're going to edit a comment, especially if you paste it above the quote, you will have to let me know. I don't go back to look at older messages in a conversation, neither do many people.
I read your conversation, yes. I don't know why you sent it here, but I have now read it yes.
Like I said, if they're taking too long to get back to you, you can give the Technical Issues section of the Forums a try.

Ok but how long is to long? I am not making fun of you, I have autism and as you can see this ticket was created a month ago.
How many months should I wait until I try to contact them again? (serious question)

Ok but how long is to long?
I don't know. Personally, I would say a month. A month after the most recent communication- in other words, June 26th.
However, like I have said already, every new message you send will send it to the bottom. So the two messages you sent would send the ticket back down to the bottom of the list of tickets for Tech Support. Like I have also already said, feel free to open a thread in the Technical Issues section of the forums to see if anyone there can help you, preferably with as much detail as is possible and all files from those emails attached.

I thought it was pretty funny that the dead by daylight support team asked me for my steam log file when the problem was with my microsoft store game.
0 -
It's in the AppData file, not the Steam file. Both versions of DBD save logs there.
2 -
Ok thank you, I will wait one more month from today then.
I already looked through all the techical issues regarding the microsoft store app in this forum and nobody got helped so far.
I don't think creating another thread about it will make any difference.

No, the microsoft store dbd.exe is located in microsoft apps, so is the log file.
0 -
The log file for the microsoft store dbd.exe is located in a folder called "WpSystem", you seem pretty knowledgeable, surprised you didn't know that.

Did you know it takes 18 seconds to wiggle free no matter how fast you press the buttons?

Hm.. what error does it give you @Hex_SARS_2_CoV ? I might know the answer because I had a similar problem on Steam awhile back and it happened after a failed EAC launch.

Lobby just kicks me after i find party and says you were disconnected.

Hmm.. is your router strict, moderate or open connection? Modem will have the same thing. I use to work as a coder and IT. When you connect to a game, it'll tell you what type of connection it is.

Hi, I apologise for the delay you've had to wait.
Support will get back to you very shortly about your issue.
