How would you change twins to make them fun?
My biggest gripe with the twins is that their design promotes camping. I don't mind that it promotes slugging, because so many other killers do the same.
They're a really cool idea executed poorly.
How would you change them?

all addons that buffs victor should do sth completely different, he shouldnt be faster or have less cooldown.

When Victor is on his own on the field, Charlotte moves at 4.8 meters per second (120% movement speed.) She needs something outside of Victor. Without him, shes a powerless M1 killer. Plus, I'd imagine having an entire person split from you would make you faster

the only thing i'd revert is victor having a long ass Cd when he down's a cd back to three seconds,

We should also be able to Yeet Victor at someone or across the map.

Revert Victor's last nerf. Give Charlotte something when Victor is in play. As said, additional movement speed would be nice. With zombie ai coming to the game, I'd actually give pathing to Charlotte, so she would follow a set distance behind Victor. That way, she's always nearby when something happens, instead of half a map away. Allow Victor to be summoned at will.

When victor is destroyed make him have a longer cooldown before he comes back. Kicking victor literally does nothing half the time because charlotte gets him back in like 15 seconds anyways.

Thats nice, then charlotte and victor wont be able to camp, AI is camping hooks sometimes, we should get a AI improvement.

I might be in the minority but I find them fun.
Only thing I would change is make it so leaving Victor by the hook doesn't give killer instinct anymore. This way if they want to 'camp' they are not getting that information first, and have to do it the old fashioned way.

A rework. Their playstyle is just to proxy camp or tunnel, which if you don't do is a loss. The Twins have the ability to become one of the most effective killers but are held back by design.

Twins' camping isn't even good. Victor doesn't reveal Survivors to Charlotte if you're crouching, so just crouching towards the hook will render camping with Victor useless. Crouch up, kick him, and enjoy your safe unhook.
As for camping with Charlotte? She's a 115 M1 Killer with no power that you have a 16-meter head start on when you unhook someone, not including the three-second wakeup. If you can't loop that for a while, that's entirely on you.
Not to mention, the Borrowed buff from the mid chapter was a HUGE nerf to their camping potential anyways. You can always get BT off against Twins now, regardless of which Twin is camping.

It already as impossible as it could get , everybody complaining about how twins "camp" when they have to be an huge distance away but nobody complains about hag able to do it right in front of the hook

This. Take a page out of Identity V's Dream Witch and create pathing AI for Victor and Charlotte. Allow for a secondary action when playing as Victor or Charlotte to have the other walk towards a waypoint on the map. They're supposed to "hunt together" but it doesn't feel like that at all atm.
This Killer has so much potential but they lack other abilities to make them more interesting, and their basekit enforces camping and slugging.

Not sure why it isn't popular knowledge, but you can avoid triggering the Killer Instinct from being near Victor by crouching as well.

Power wise Charlotte is on the stronger end, DOWSEY's playstyle with her is good enough to prove that. He legit have more than 250 games in a row with either a 4k or 3k hatch escape.
My opinion with Victor's stun is 3 second isn't enough on open map as he will often jump too far from survivor who are trying to avoid being hit to kick him & 5 second just feel bad for the killer. His hitbox is quite decent too so it's hard to balance that part of the kit. Kicking Victor only give a 6s cooldown before Charlotte can send him back which is laughable so maybe make the cooldown like 10 or 15s but give Charlotte +5% movement speed during the cooldown?
I just don't see how we can balance this killer & still make it fun to play it or play against.

If he's touching you, he will not jump over you.

1-Revert the cooldown after downing a survivor with a pounce to 3 seconds from 5.
2-Victor is instanly killed if a survivor is hooked within 16 meters of him
3-Increase the cooldown after Victor is destroyed o 12 seconds,up from 6.
4- Allow Charlotte to recal Victor if he is at least 64 meters away from her.

So first, revert the cooldown back to 3 seconds for victor's pounce.
Second, and this would be a major thing. With the new AI stuff they're doing, they could give charlotte some sort of simple chaser AI while you're controlling victor. Nothing too smart, just enough to be a nuisance.
Third, allow victor to vault windows. The fact that he can't is ridiculous.

Victor can only be used within x range of Charlotte for a set time period and needs to return or he "dies" (longer cooldown)
This means charlotte can use him in chases like a power but can't slug or camp on the other side of the map while chasing someone else.
Change how he is deployed and the swap timings to compensate and make it more dynamic for the killer player.

I would make it so that victor cannot get downs on his own, he can only head grab.
To compensate the time it takes to get Victor off the head is increased slightly, Survivors who have Victor on their head are hindered, and while attached to the head Charlotte will get a 10 percent speed buff, Victor's aura is always visible to Charlotte.

6 seconds. It is pointless to kick him a lot of the time depending on how far away charlotte is. I would revert his last change back to 3 seconds on successful hit but make his respawn timer at least 30 seconds. He comes back way to fast.

Their power already has so many restrictions and conditions. It's literally Hammurabi's code. I would try to make it more straightforward in defining what Victor can and can't do.
Plus, the way they're designed kind of promotes bad playstyles. Victor is a slugging machine and the fact that you have 2 bodies makes camping and being territorial (especially with Victor's little baby-radar) very easy. I would make it so that he inflicts more debuffs on a survivor he latches onto, which become worse if he latches onto you while injured. It's kind of like marking a survivor for destruction by Charlotte, which means probably adding on a hindered effect to help Charlotte chase, or even giving Charlotte haste when chasing a survivor with Victor on them.

Crouch walking around victor does not set it off. You can kill him this way but smart survivors use this to sneak up on a gen or something else. Honestly with 6 second respawn, don't kick victor unless he is active or feeding good info back to killer.

You're right about that. The only problem is, if you kick Victor, the killer already knows you're there and it only takes Victor like 6-8 seconds to be spawned again to run back over there while Charlotte can head that way while waiting for Victor to be able to be resummoned. Due to that, you can get easy slugs since you don't have time to recover.

on demand recall, Charlotte waking up faster, seriously... why was this decision implemented? That's not a good thing. She can't even continue the chase after he latches onto someone
Reduce Victor's cooldown back to 3 seconds
And add some safety measures as well so survivors don't get butchered.
When Victor is killed by a survivor it takes 15 or 20 seconds for him to respond compared to Charlotte's quick resummon on recall or if he dies in the environment, or it lasted too long

i think his rebirth should be on how far the survivor is, if there farther when they crush them a shorter time, and longer if there right next to char

You literally cant switch potitions while you are too close on the hook. I think thats more than enough. And also Killers like wraith, pig and ghostface can even better camp so why dont you complain about them?
