The SBM is NOT good.
I have played SIX games as survivor today and 3 yesterday and not ONE of these games did I escape, or even get close to escaping.
I have played 9 killer games today and 5 yesterday and not ONE did any survivors escape, or even get close to doing at least 4 gens.
I'm hearing left and right from streamers that "Oh it's better today" and "It was so bad yesterday"
It's STILL BAD.
If this is what the skill based matchmaking is going to be, I want all the money back that I've ever put into this game. This is HORRENDOUS.
Edit: HAHAHA! Just played against the worst huntress I've ever seen and I STILL died. You wanna know why? Because I got paired with people who are SO BAD I get left on hook to die. 1 Gen was left too. Great "Skill" based matchmaking we got here. Where everyone I play with is TOO skilled to be paired with me, or they don't have ANY skill because they just started!
I'm gonna enjoy the 15 minute ban penalty, since it means I don't have to play this game anymore. I'm waiting till the 12th, when this MISTAKE gets turned off!

Didn’t they say in a previous testphase it takes about 10 matches to settle the mmr initially and until then the matches will be pretty random?
you can’t determine if it works as intended from an individual standpoint either way. That needs more data and statistical analysis.

All my killer games have been rainbow ranks, with even the reds being as bad as a rank 18. I've not seen an increase in skill from the survivors.
But there's ONE thing that is the same across all the killers I've played against, RANK 1, Ruin, and any other perks that were best for the killer they were playing.
And the only difference I have seen both today and yesterday, is the huntress match I just disconnected from, where the other 3 survivors were brand new with no perks and left me to die on the hook.
Nothing has been random, it's been the same aside from the match I just left
Edit: My bad, I forgot another similarity between all the killers I've played against. They are all rank 1 PC PLAYERS.

Ah lol I had two dcs in the basement and I was huntress that’s y I asked I mean it was hilarious easy down on one another I got they immediately dc as there hooked then another gets a hatchet deny of a save third grabbed 4th dev after I slug him thanks to lightborn
