Impossible to disarm trap

Hello,

I'm on PS4, and too many times it's impossible to disarm a trap, like in this video that i made :

It's so annoying. Sometimes when a teammate is under a pallet, i can't choose to heal him instead of dropping the pallet.

Is there any solution?
