The devs really put in the bare minimum of work, don't they?
Has anybody seen the patch notes? There's just so little in there. Remove the dlc, and you have a few dozen lines of mediocre changes and fixes. A Midwich locker issue? Clowns bow tie color? The post lobby screen's sound effects? Nothing on any form of optimization, or server performance?
I know the devs like to say 'we have several teams working on different issues,' but what, exactly are they DOING? If you go by the patch notes, it's as if they put in two weeks of work, and sit out the remaining two months, because there's almost nothing of any substance in these patch notes. So, either that's the case, or they aren't giving us a complete picture here. And if that's the situation, then what good are the patch notes in the first place?

Now now that's not true. They also nerfed Franklin's too 🙃

I'm going to completely disagree with this, there's a lot of bug fixes in that patch.
And yes the DLC is of course going to be the main focus so there's a lot surrounding that - as of course there should be at a new Chapter patch.

Well yeah if you removed the DLC which is the main focus of a chapter patch then yeah it would be seem like the devs aren't doing that much.
There's also quite a few bug fixes and just because a specific bug wasn't fixed doesn't mean it's not currently being looked at. Not all bugs are easy to fix and some bugs can be deceptively hard to fix.

There was quite a few? Also... yeah the DLC was most of the patch. That's normal for new Chapter patches.
Also... they fixed Surveillance. That alone makes the patch worth it to me.

There's a lot of trivial bug fixes. Again, nothing of any real substance here. A rock in Ormand made a pallet unsafe. Lighting on crows was fixed. Clipping cosmetics. Any other game, that would be patched in two minutes and moved on. DbD, it takes them months to get around to it.

Man, if ya'll hate the company so much there are plenty of other games out there haha

If they're doing they're best, then I would hate to see their worst.

The worst is probably the twin chapter or the blight chapter. The blight chapter hook were bug so you could not hook anyone. The twin chapter the game was so broken that its was not even worth playing

That is absolutely not correct. They probably worked really hard on how to make this game as unplayable on console as possible with this new update AND nerf demogorgon, blight and franklin's

Maybe if we bought more cosmetics, they'd have more money for the fixes. Remember BHVR is a small indie video game company.

I agree.
I really just don't think the devs care that much about the game anymore.

I don't know why you were expecting something significantly beyond what was featured in the PTB.
It's not the devs' fault that your expectations are wrong.

BHVR has, at minimum, 300 staff. And according to something on the forums, it might actually be 600. I wouldn't say they're small per se.

I wish I could disagree..
