The Resident Evil map is not disabled.
The map should have been disabled due to causing crashes (which I experienced seconds before they announced the problem). However after my disconnect penalty I got the map again after it was supposedly removed, crashed out and I am now sitting through another penalty. I'm just going to play a different game at this point.

yes it can still show up in a custom match, but it shouldn't show up in a regular match.

I just tried to go into Raccoon City PD on a KYF game to explore it and it wasn't an option to choose in the match menu :(

I had two games in a row on this godforsaken map so far and it was simply a mess. There's crazy lag and the framerate is anything but reliable on this map, it actually makes me lose chases. Also the overall layout is even worse from a gameplay point than the Silent Hill map, now that says something.

Originally I was going to complain about the map frequency, because Since I started playing 3 hours ago for about 2 of them, I got RCPD 7x in a row. No offerings or anything, Just all RCPD all the time. This is out of 10 games: 1st game was at Father Cambels chapel, then 7 in a row with RCPD, finally lery's and the Game.
I was so sick of RCPD, mostly because it was just on constant repeat, and everyone playing on it was disconnecting. I figured the DC's were just due to player frustration over getting the same map over and over again, or because they couldn't handle getting used to the new map, but now that I know it was causing crashes, I feel kinda bad for thinking survivors simply couldn't handle it... well, technically they couldn't because it was causing crashes, but y'know what I mean.
I'm taking an hour and a half break, so reading this made me glad that it's supposed to be out of the map rotation for the time being, I hope the devs get it fixed, but mostly I'm praying that when it goes live again it'll have the same frequency chance in the rotation as the rest of the maps. 7x in a row felt excessive.
I will report back if I get it again in the next half hour or so. I'm on Steam.

It's been confirmed to have been disabled, just double checked. I do suggest restarting game if you've had it open since prior to the map being disabled to double check that.

You know if the hatch can spawn in second floor in that map? Because i played with a few friends before it was turned off and we all could hear the hatch but it wasn't there in the first floor.

Yes, when the game crashed the first time I restarted the game (this was just after the removal). Got it once again but haven't seen it since I made the post

For the record, I did try to take myself to RCPD and it seems to be no longer work, so that's good at least.

I launched the game after the Map was disabled (it even popped up in the Ingame Newsfeed), and still got it. So restarting might not fix it.
