Nerf to Demogorgon... I didn't have many expectations, but what is this...
Spirit, Nurse, keys, hatch, SWF... There are so many things that aren't balanced... And they nerf one of the most balanced killers in the game?
The developers don't want to balance anything. They just want broken things or weak things. This change shows how useless the balancing department is, or that its goal is simply not to balance the game.
Don't mention the ######### buff they did to the Rat Liver and Vermillion Webcap, these are absurd changes and will still not make useful addons.

Dude,they nerfed those addons by 5% that's barely a nerf.
They are still really good considering their rarity,just a little less oppressive than before

You didn't get any distance from dropping pallets or getting hit by his shred.

They aren't, but like I said, it's the principle.
BHVR nerfed Franklin's, the literal one counter to Keys, and nerfed Demogorgon.
Also Blight.
They could've done literally anything else. Nothing needed to be changed about them.

I do like playing Demo and I have to agree considering how easy it is to use his Shred, a small nerf is justified, in my opinion.

Nah they're fine. I've been playing a lot of Demo recently, a lot with these add-ons (because I'm addicted to Barb's Glasses.)
They were way better than like a huge amount of his add-ons, and five percent isn't too bad at all.

I mean,have you played against those addons?
They are really strong considering their rarity.You couldn't make any distance against those addons when you got hit by a shred or used pallets.
That might be fine on maps like The Game but it's really oppressive on maps with pallets and tiles that are more spaced out

Since his buff demoplayer bassicly only used those addons.
They probably just want some more viarity. Hence why some of his othet addons got buffed.
The nerf is so small that it won't even be noticable.
They nerfed it cause as the freddy nerf shows just saying something got nerfed makes people not want to play it. No matter if the nerf even is noticable

Blight wasn’t meant to be able to flick so much I’m pretty sure
Demo was more a rebalance than a straight nerf
Franklins is practically the same since the key that would’ve been destroyed will now have no charges and be unable to open hatch

they didn't even buff rat tail back to what it used to be (why??), and they NERFED lifeguard whistle.

Its the principle. They nerf demo after a few weeks when he was only upper mid tier at best. Yet spirit and nurse still get to exist the way they have been for years at this point.
They focus on the wrong things and are too slow to do the things they should do.

Exactly. And they BUFFED some things. Life Guard Whistle absolutely needed to be nerfed. It was basically easy mode with smart portal placement.

The devs never said Z-flick was a exploit, that was put into the game and required more skill than a macro.
They pretty much just nerfed the only way to counter sharp loops.

As much as 5% is like, it's still a nerf to one of the most balanced killers in the game. It was at most a Tier B killer. Nerfing addons because they were the most used isn't going to make others stand out more, especially if the buffs are garbage.
The problem is your way of thinking (no offense), nerfing those addons because they were the most used isn't going to change the fact that they will continue to be the most used. That they are the most used addons doesn't mean that they were op. The problem is the rest of the addons, which are rubbish. The buffs that they have done to the other addons are not going to make me change the addons I use in my case.
By the way, with that 5%, after destroying several pallets you realize that you save a couple of seconds, and although it sounds little, that couple of seconds can save you time to put down a survivor sooner.

To be clear i don't think these addons should have been nerfed. Like at all.
I'm just looking at what reasoning the devs might have for the nerf
