Nemesis issue on xbox. BE AWARE
Any players who want to try Nemisis out please be aware of this issue!
Okay so I bought the DLC for the new RE chapter. I was super excited to play it and have fun with this killer
Only issue is that I can't :)
I'm not too sure if this is a whole issue for all sides of people playing, but this happened when I played Nemisis. Every time you try and use his ability the game will just freeze. This issue also applies to any animation that you try and preform with him in general, such as searching lockers, breaking pallets, and even punching survivors
At one point my game froze for three seconds before crashing and sending me back to the xbox dashboard
So yeah he's currently unplayable which is really sad considering how amazing he was in the PTB

It's still not showing for me so I can't buy it, BHVR won't let me lol.

I currently play on xbox one X, yet looking at the forums this may be an issue overall. PlayStation players are also having the issue :/

Yep, been having the same issue. Can't even turn & by the time the animation is done, the survs already gone.

Okay, at least I'm not the only one. (Xbox One)
Been checking the Store page for DbD every 15 mins for the past 2 hours and still only 26 addons (RE being #27), and yes, I've been returning to the Home page and selecting Quit on the Store App between checks. (No updates available for the Store App either)

Yeah Deathslinger is the only other killer that I've had bad problems with, in terms of game stuttering and random lag spikes. Nemesis is a killer I was super excited for and wanted to play a lot but then the lag was awful, and his tentacle range feels so awful too.

At this time, I am not seeing the RE add-on available in the playstore. Is it not actually available currently there and must be purchased in the game store??

To the OP oh yeah, I just played my first nemesis match and it was so frustrating. Trying to aim with the tentacle just for the game to freeze or stutter. The optimization is pretty bad..

Yeah, I just looked in the game store and apparently have to purchase it through the link there. Idk why it's not showing up yet in Xbox Playstore. Thanks!

It's only going to get worse as new content is added, because of how the game is apparently coded. DBD WILL die due to optimization issues if the game remains coded the way it is.
Check Pular's topic, should have that post explaining how DBD's systems handle loading up trials.
