Lobby Party List Disconnecting

This has been an issue for a while, but some times a swf lobby list will die then you can't make a party or join one. The only way to get around this is restarting the whole game .It's gotten worse since the update.

How to reproduce: Literally make a swf lobby and wait for it to die. It's random chance.
