PS4 UNPLAYABLE
I know there are already many posts mentioning that everything is lagging on ps4 especially Nemesis when using his power. But I hope the more posts there are the more this Problem gets reconized by the devs. So they see how serious this is.
Cause it is literally unplayable right now.
The Performance on ps4 in general is a big problem lately and I hope it gets fixed asap.

I feel so bad for you guys. I played on PS4 for about 2 years and just recently got a PS5 a few months ago. My god, have I never been happier. Playing on PS4 was absolute garbage and this update made it 100x worse from what I've both heard and seen. No thank you.

Played ps4 pro last night and it felt great. Felt more fluid infact.

As soon as they enable cross progression, sure. I'm not gonna lose 3 years of progress and start over.

I played on Xbox and the lagging wasn't that bad. It was playable. the only thing I hate is the crashing. They need to disable the bans until it's fixed.

There's no Cross Progression with PS or Xbox, so we'd have to rebuy everything and regrind from scratch. Who with thousands of hours and decent $$ already into this game would go through that again.

ps4 pro here, laggy. Game freezes when nemesis hits you or surv hit a killer (whathever killer is).
some maps the problem became pretty bad.
disconnection problems.
rpd map broken (before the map ban, ive played, its just a pig, dirty, programing job, game code sucks, invisible walls, hollow walls, etc.)
TOTAL MESS.
CAPCOM IS NOT HAPPY, AT ALL

Yeah, I feel you. I tried one game last night despite my better judgement. Played against a Huntress on Yamoaka Estate, so unless there were changes to this map on the update, nothing new here.
Game took 5 seconds to register that I stopped looting a chest. I couldn't even tell the Huntress had reversed direction at a loop until I was already on the ground.
I just took a break from DBD. Sad I have to do it again until they fix this mess.

Not everyone can afford a PC, and cross progression doesn't exist. If this is your only advice, you shouldn't respond to these threads

I have a PS4 and my lag issues are less than they used to be, actually.

I'm glad for you the lag issues are less. For me they are making the game unplayable at this point. Was thinking about buying the chapter and the rift pass, but I won't anymore. Console players are just milking cows at this point, I choose not to participate in it anymore.
