Just had a game in Backwater Swamp (Grim Pantry) and no zombies spawned at all...and yes they repaired 5 Gens and i destroyed like 20 Zombies in that game.

The add-on is a bit of a lie. Zombies will spawn but there is a limit of 2 zombies on the map at all times meaning for the add-on to work you will need no zombies on the map before the final gen is done and then 1 zombie will spawn inside each exit.
