Okay really? Fps and performance issues? New map gets disabled right after it releases and now the servers are down?
Sorry when this sounds rude but are your Interns are doing the job since 5.0?

I'm hoping someone can help me out here, ever since the update my friend cannot get into her game on steam. All her other games work fine, she has tried reinstalling, clearing cache, reinstalling steam, resetting router etc etc and she cannot play still!
When it loads up after the opening cut scene she is getting the no network connection error and can't do anything.
Does anyone know what to do to fix this? I haven't been able to play with her since and I have ran out of things to try help her and would appreciate if anyone here could help?

I’m having the same issue. Perpetually says “Connecting to RTM server” when I try logging into the game. I’m on Xbox One

They must have thought the game was too playable before so they just shut it down entirely.

Playstation 5, a mixture of "you don't have a connection" and "the save couldn't be load" errors.
But on Twitter a lot of people have the same problem.

Ps4 here. Same issue. Refused to load the rift then wouldn't let me go into survivor or killer. Now it just tells me I have no internet connection to the game

Im playing on ps4 and it keeps saying "no network connection" and the game wont get passed the initialisation screen.
My connection is great btw everything else working

Can't even get past the main title screen right now without getting this specific error:
"In order to access this content, a network connection is required."
I've checked my internet, connection is great, and I checked another network required game and it worked fine, so it must be DBD servers specifically.
I'm sure devs have been notified by now, but just in case they aren't I'm posting this notice.

Yesterday night (late PM, US Central time) I was getting the "No network" and generic server errors, literally any time I tried to invite a friend or even back out and return to the main menu. This was on PC.
Haven't played yet today. Bot matches work just fine.

This is BHVR's magnum opus. They finally fixed everything because a game that can't be played can't be broken. Honestly a galaxy brain move on their part

PS4 UK here, played the killer bot game and after ending got:
Sync Error - An error occurred while synchronizing game data with the server - Error Code 410 - Has my Player ID - Timestamp 2021.06.16-20.52.13
Now getting No Network Connection and can't get off the title screen.
Network Test comes back fine and PSN reporting no issues afaik.

The game is so bugged, I just canceled matchaking as killer (which took 20 minutes without finding a game), and now I can't click ANYTHING, not Esc, not leave, just kill the game via task manager... This patch is horrible

PC, Steam, I must've got in game right before things went down, but I'm unable to find a match. it also takes a very long time to transition between sides (tried both sides in case it was a queue thing)

There were issues last night while the map was disabled. It's not the map. The existence of new map files isn't going to cause network and server errors.
