Adrenaline not running out

After my Adrenaline fired, it did not run out. My haste lastet for the reminder of the trial.
I played Steve and had a Skeleton Key I found in a chest.
This happened only one time until now playing 5.0.0..

Same happened for me but with the Leon healing perk, I had Iron will for the remainder of the trial lol
