So was anyone else surprised about the bots
They actually aren't half bad.
I've even seen them chain tiles together sometime.
They are like better the a third of the survivor base

They have looping skills equivalent to the avg purple rank survivors, so much better than most of the players

What I expected: Solo Queue Experience
What I got: Mediocre teammates (which is fine)

I was shocked at how badly optimised they are? If that's any consolation.
During the tutorial I got sandbagged by every single one of them. Claudette crouching along in front of me as I'm being chased, Jake doing nothing but missing every skillcheck known to mankind, and oh lawd that Meg dropping two pallets on top of my head <3
So yeah, solo queue.

Perfect replica of the real thing

It would be nice if DC'd teammates were replaced with bots, that would be nice since at least then you and your teammate aren't completely doomed to lose. 😁

Yeah true.
It would also solve some annoyances on the killer side.
DC's during adepts or dc for hatch.
It would be a win win for both sides

I had one crouch at a pallet and go back forward...until I set a trap one side and the dope slide in to it.
I also thought it was amusing how they crouch when wanting a heal.
This game needs a full bot mode. And if it had full custom...I would be one happy customer.

having players replaced with bots would unfortunately be abused

I had to laugh when an injured Meg bot walked up to the gen I was doing and rather than jump on and finish the last bit with me, stood there teabagging until I healed her :’)

that bot Claudette I unhooked healed herself under the hook, instead of letting me heal her, bot Jake came to us and "teabagged", cause he wanted to heal her as well. She continued to heal herself. I thought I was in a public match, hilarious xD

I agree with this from both sides!

I played the mobile game for a while and they were better than 90% of randoms.
I even got red stain mindgamed by a killer bot at the shack multiple times

How would it be abused?

Killers could farm feed all the extra no work bp it would give

I'm sorry, i don't quite understand what you mean.
There still is a bloodpoint cap of 32k per match right.

The only abuse I could see would maybe be something like triggering blood warden by focusing on a bot during egc.

I died to bot Trapper ;-;

As Survivor, killer is easy to loop. He just kept swinging and swinging i dropped a pallet about 30s into chase and he broke chase and left. I was hoping to work on looping skills a bit and was disappointed when he just walked away.
As killer, these survivors weren't terrible lol they chained links, stealthed and did good pallet stuns. Being Trapper with no perks was rough, but definitely fun to try.
I hope they let us try other killers. It would be fun to try a new killer in these bot matches before deciding to buy them.
