New MMR System. Thoughts?
What are your thoughts on the games you're gettting lately both as killer and survivor? Mine have been really really tough and I'm getting players that are really good, way better than me I feel. I'm not enjoying myself and most of the times I soldier on and tell myself I can do better when in reality I don't stand a chance. It's not that I don't enjoy difficult games it's just that it feels like I'm just playing with handicap all the time. Like I would need another k of hours to be able to successfully stand up to the players I'm facing now. I'm 720hrs atm.

MMR or SBMM (Skill based matchmaking) is currently not used for matchmaking.
there was just a 48 hour test last week, but other than that, the old matchmaking system is in use…

Uhm. No one said that..
you are just experiencing what the vast majority of players experience: the current matchmaking is not good. At all. It doesn’t match you against opponents around your own skill level.
that’s also why the devs are working on the SBMM/MMR System.
