Spectating - Can't see survivor list

After escaping or dying in a match, every time I've spectated while dead and most times after escaping, I cannot see the current survivor list and their statuses in the bottom left corner.

  • Resolution is 2560x1440.
  • UI scale is 80%.
  • In-Game HUD scale is 85%.

    Yup. Same here. Went to spectate my brother's screen after dying, couldn't see the Survivor portraits. Funky..
