Switch - Game Crashing Bug (Specific Instance)

Myself & other Switch players (& I believe other console players as well) have been experiencing consistent game crashes, particularly during rounds against Nemesis, & I think I’ve nailed down a specific trigger for some of the crashes. It happens once all the gens are completed, but before the exit gates are opened, and Nemesis successfully lands a basic attack on you. He quite literally punches you out of the game lol. This has happened to me three times already, and is very frustrating considering this happens at the end of the game. All those bloodpoints, gone.
