Remove the “Dead by Daylight” voice line from the loading screen please! Tacky as hell!
Title says it all. The new voice line coming through on the start up splash load is horrendous. Ruins the feels of the game immediately on start up. Leave the soundtrack alone without the voice there, the soundtrack is creepy as hell alone. The voice dominates the soundtrack and the soundtrack, as classic DbD environment, is 100% perfect as it is.

I was disappointed that the Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes didn't have the voice line.
Putting one in DBD was a really nice touch.

The cheesiness and tackiness is part of the charm of the voice line, and a homage to the super campy and goofy RE games

Yeah I agree, I think it sounds horrible, I think this they were trying to fit the b movie style resident evil feel into it which make those games great, and doesn't fit the game.
As others as said though, it's only temporary so I can keep my headphones off until it loads. I do like the new intro scene though, poor Meg.

NO! do not remove it! it's awesome i loved it when it happened, it's bringing the game forward and adding new things it isn't tacky, tacky would be adding some one elses voice like Jenifer Tilly as a voice over for him! lol no!
