A lot of killers do this to de pip and get easier matches against lower rank survivors...

Unfun maps and wanting to get easier games one of which could be fixed by adding that unranked mode that people have been asking for for years

Killers tend to go afk when you break their ruin totem in the first 16 seconds of the match.

What rank are you? Tbh sometimes I do it at times like this where tensions are high and people are trying their best to spite others on both sides. Help you get your challenges done or just freaking relax from all the Spirit tunneling and Wraith camping.

Rank 8 atm so i dunno ive seen it done up to rank 4 but never like rank 10 or more

Could be because DC penalty is disabled and they want to rank down? Dunno if that's how it works, though

Make sure you do bones so they don't hit you with the NOED/blood warden wombo combo.

There are also a lot of afk survivors.

AFking in general seems to be an issue. A lot of killers might be doing it to get rift fragments though

You know what, sometimes I will load into a game, have 3 gens pop or otherwise get RNG'd where the mental math of continuing isn't worth it. Ill just alt tab and wait till its over.
I just get tired of sweating every game.

I dont really blame people for wanting to depip, the game is basically unplayable, but especially against good teams.
