Nemesis is OP

Out of more than one hundred survivor matches we played since the update almost half were against Nemesis. ONLY THREE didn't have a 4k. THREE! Those three were all on the killer choosing not to play properly. One was camping and tunneling, one was farming, and the last one refused to power up so he got looped around a rock for the whole match.

He is too powerful. He gets notified if a zombie spots you. Zombies can hit you to help him out. Zombies put pressure around the map without the killer having to do anything. Vaccines are limited. He can see if you use one (with an add-on I believe). He is too fast. He has too much reach. There is no counter to anyone playing Nemesis with even a small amount of skill. Another thing is that he kills everyone so quickly, on the first or second hooks, that he most likely isn't causing people to rank up.

An almost guaranteed 4k rate is ludicrous. He needs an immediate nerf. At the bare minimum he should NOT be able to see the zombies' auras or get notifications from them if they spot a survivor, and vaccines should respawn. If you really want balance he needs to be slower after he powers up than he is now.

Hi, I posted this on another topic somwhere.:

" I'm not exactly new to the game but i wouldn't say I'm experienced and yet while trying to learn how to play survivor"

There is the main issue. As a 4 years player and a lot of hours in this game as much as survivor AND killer, A lot of people say he is a very low tier killer which I disagree on some points because yes he can be very strong. His true strenght is in anti looping potential. So yes a good nemesis will be able to destroy walls and pallets quickly in chase withtout losing a survivor from sight. Also, zombies can be good traps for loopers (still are very situational because there are only two of them and are rarely where you want them to be).

Remember these tips as I played as him and against him:

    1. As his tentacle may be a good anti looping weapon, as long as you are not contaminated, you are safe.
    2. That said, avoiding to get contaminated so he won't abuse you late game when all vaccines will be consumed can make you win a lot of time against his tentacle attacks, because yes, at the moment you are contaminated, a good nemesis can be very strong in chase against looping if he uses his tentacle, so if you manage to be a good looper you will avoid him to get stronger and stronger as the game goes on.
    3. Learn to know when and how to avoid his tentacle strike: you always hear when he is preparing a tentacle strike by this wetty sound. So, if you hear it when you are passing a pallet, try to anticipate the strike, dont drop the pallet so you wont be caught in the drop animation.
    4. Remember that preparing his tentacle strike decreases his movement speed a bit, so you can keep running and turning a corner mid-loop and try to win some chase time
    5. His tentacle strike is straight forward of the killer, you can try to run in zigzags to avoid it.
    6. Finally, when you are looping him with low obstacles/walls where he could strike you from the other side, forget what you learned about looping and stay far away from the angles and obstacles. You may think it is counter-productive because sticking to walls is essential to keep a distance from the killer in looping, but rememebr that while charging his tentacle, his movement speed is reduced, you won't let him catch up to you, so easily.

Hope this could help! Because in higher ranks, IMO Nemesis is not bad at all like a lot say, but I don't think he is OP at all.

Zombies are an interesting idea but it does seem very janky on the survivor end. It's irritating being forced off a gen by an AI when the killers already have anti gen perks.

    No he doesn't he's fine.

He gets notified if a zombie spots you

While this is true you can easily make the zombie lose track of you and change the direction your moving.

Zombies can hit you to help him out.

The only time you should be getting hit by these zombies are if Nemesis chases you into them. They are extremely slow.

Vaccines are limited. He can see if you use one

He has to hit someone three times to down someone (if he uses his power). He only gets a killer instinct notification, and it doesn't last long.

    He is too fast

He's 115% that gets slowed when he uses his power.

    He has too much reach.

At max it's only 6 meters
