Is this map ever going get breakable walls? About to just start staring at walls when survivors keep playing that crap map.

Probably not since it's licensed.
Contesting hooks is probably the most important thing when you play Haddonfield so in order to win, you need to pick a strategic hook location.

The trick in haddonfield if you are the killer is too look for the exit gate then stay in front until all gen are done but only do that when the survivor use a map offering.
If you are a survivor i have no trick for you every house is abusable XD and unless you and the other survivor are bad this should be a easy escape

Everytime theres a offering for that map when I'm killer I just go afk.
Even The Game with a thousand pallets is better to play than haddonfield

Well they probably will seeing as every other map that has been updated (with a few exceptions) has had breakable walls added. I don't see why people act as though Haddonfield won't be getting any additional changes though, it's general knowledge among the community that this map is very survivor sided and the devs know that.
If it ever gets updated I can practically guarantee you that the map will be changed in order to make it more tolerable for killer.

If u get Haddonfield and u arent Nurse than the best thing you can do is Quit the Match or wait on the exit Gate there is Season to Play this broken Map as Killer
BHVR need to remove it or rework it it is 100% Survivor Sided
