I firmly believe its David since youre permanently on Injured state and all you have to help you is Dead Hard, and lets be real no killer will sludge you.
Next would probably be Laurie, due to Object of Obsession revealing your location every now and then.

David’s No Mither literally makes you objectively weaker so I think his is the hardest. Dead Hard might make up for that though.

Quentin, because you effectively only have one perk the entire match and that's if you find a chest before everyone else.

David and Ash are tied in my opinion.
With David, you both lose a health state and kind of get another health state, but pick people up faster.
With Ash, you're pretty much playing perkless for most of the game because his perks are all so situational and crap.

No Mither makes you vulnerable for the entire match, and that alone is enough to make David the hardest survivor to play as.

Could also add that youre constantly making grunts of pain (Even if quieter than usual) so the killer can find you, even if you try to hide

Old Laurie Adept was hard for me because object constantly revealed you if you so much as accidentally looked at the killer. I ended up getting it vs a baby Nurse but even then it was only because I experienced against Nurses.
"Tee hee hee if all 3 other survivors die then you can see the killer and they can't see you tee hee hee."
Game never works that way.

Yes! Poor Ash... for such an amazing character his perks are VERY bad. Flip Flop and Buckle need major buffs and MoM needs a rework.
