No? Killers are allowed to choose what objectives they want to defend. You've just decided that that's the basement chest.

Hoarder + Territorial and you don’t even have to waste the whole match to defend it. You could just play 2 perk Bubba until those perks proc.

Chest defender Bubba is when you go in the basement, usually Insidious'd, and sit there all match until a survivor inevitably comes down hoping to plunder a free item off the afk killer game.

I saw a Wraith doing the same thing but he was called the, "The Basement Guardian". Had NOED and waited in the basement XD

AFKing in the basememt means theres no Survivor-Killer interactivity, no potential for boldness and altruism points and unlikely to make progress to the majority of Archive challenges. Even worse if the Survivors brought BP offerings.
It's literally just holding left click for five minutes and leaving with miniscule points to hopefully find a better match with a Killer who is actually playing the game.
Talk about a snooze fest.
