toxic survivors
so many people consider people who tbag and click as toxic survivors but personally i dont see it as toxic
i see tbagging as teasing or celebrating because they did something in their favor
and clicking as "hey chase me" its the funnest part of the game but just ignore them, like they didnt win because they were toxic they won because you threw the game chasing one guy
but what i consider toxic is actual genrushing not oh i chased one guy for 3 minutes and 3 gens popped im talking 4 bnp prove thyself ect which rarely happens
95% of the time i see someone say toxic survivors or omg swf OP its because they played bad but thats ok everybody has bad games

Most toxic behavior I see comes from killers. 99% of time.

To each their own. Consider this, though. If I flip you off, how many people will consider that an insult? Same thing. Some don't see it as insulting, the rest of the Western world does.

Legitimate play-styles on both sides are not toxic, they are legitimate play-styles, no matter how unfun or frustrating

I find survivors more toxic due to more of them in matches being toxic to killers

all i'm sayin is, if you clicky clicky, you donzo, go head put down the controller.

If you simply clicky clicky, no issues. If you macro it so it spams it... my ears, toxic.
If you tea bag, no issues. If you have to wait at the exit gate for an escort... meh, but just leave.
If you use the best stuff in the game to win, not toxic either... 3-4 min games are boring as hell, but uuh.
Additionally whether something is OP or not doesn't have anything to do with toxicity. SWFs are extremely strong if they are somewhere at the same skill level as you. You don't need a tournament squad to prove this to you, just survivors that communicate with each other and are somewhat in your own skill range.
Calling people out for how they play in the end-game chat, telling them to uninstall the game, telling them how bad they are and worse... now that is toxic.

things that really do be toxic:
clicky clicky, teabagging, body blocking the hook, wearing 60% of anything nea owns, blinding during pallet break, touching my thrill of the hunt totem, thinking pyramid head is stronger than nemesis.

If it's in game I'm gonna use it sorry if u feel entitled to call me toxic for using basic game mechanic I didn't pay this game to ask others what to bring with me in lobby or be limited I don't care what u as opponent will bring so allow me do the same if that makes me toxic so be it I'm not paying over and over for something in bloodweb to be callef toxic afterwards for using paid item sorry in advance if this came off rude but it needs to be said both sides needs to chill with "oh look noed=Toxic" or "oh look bnp=toxic gen rush"

Maybe you should reflect on what you are comparing. Like click away or tea bag all you want, but it is a choice you make and not one created out of a necessity based on limitations.

The meaning that you believe someone that has no choice in the matter is a proper analogy to you making up excuses for your behavior that you choose to do.
You state to reflect on the metaphor and only want me to see the part where they mean no foul, yet that is because they have no choice in the matter is kind of a large part of it. Empathy is shown through the consideration of others and the choices one makes. If one has no choice, you cannot blame them for the actions... yet you have a choice, you in your analogy have all your fingers and decide to flip them off.
I fully understand what you are saying, yet you should reflect upon the words you use. Refusing to engage in the discussion is just poor etiquette.

How the heck is "gen rushing" toxic? It's how survivors win. How much time should we give killers before we are allowed to start playing? What are killers going to do to be nice in return? And not to mention the tome literally adds secondary objectives for survivors that for many become primary objectives. I can't tell you how many games I've had where my teammates never even try to win, they just do what they need to do to get the challenges done.

I would say both sides are equally toxic, but then again since it's a 4v1 people would normally suspect the 4 survivors to be more toxic than the singular killer.
As a survivor I will admit, survivors are toxic for sure and with t-bagging and flashlight clicking, it depends on the context it's used in. Like t-bagging after every pallet throw/stun, then yes, that's toxic. T-bagging to make the killer upset with you and Chase you so they leave your teammate alone, not toxic. Clicking flashlight/t-bagging by exit gate up against barrier, toxic. Just depends on context.
For killer, kebabing multiple times on hook can be considered toxic. I am not talking kebabing once just to stop the scream (please kebab me just to stop the scream, it's annoying), but multiple times. Or t-bagging as Amanda, or Ghostface on the slugged survivor, that can be considered toxic as well.
Again, depends on the situation something is toxic, it just ranges on both sides.

I've just got a toxic Killer who let me bleed out because they thought I was on a SWF.
I'm freaking solo.
Also, they insulted me in the end game chat for having crutch perks.
I... I was playing perkess... I don't even know what to think at this point. They were probably trolling. 🤷🏻♀️
But I meet more toxic Survivors than Killers. I guess the one I just met had a rough match before, or my teammates were super toxic and I didn't notice.

You see clicky-clicky and butt-dance with Survivors.
You see face-camp, tunnel-off-hook, hit-hooked-suvivor and try-hard-after-a-start-of-game-survivor-disconnect.
Both sides are equally toxic. However, I think the toxicity toughens these precious-snowflakes up. There's no second-place, there's only 1st loser!

For the killer side, face camping, tunneling (only chasing 1 survivor at any cost to get them out of game) and hitting survivors on the hook I consider toxic.

Yet you are calling out people for the manner in which they play... if you agreed with me then you would not classify camping or tunneling as toxic. It is simply game tactics.
Smacking a survivor on the hook is the equivalent to tea-bagging for survivors.
At least be consistent in your analysis on what is toxic. If BM is acceptable from one end, then it should be acceptable on the other side as well.

I play both survivors and killers so I probably have a better understanding of what toxicity might mean. face camping on the 1st hook is toxic. if you disagree that's fine. Tunneling specifically to get rid of 1 survivor while ignoring EVERYTHING else, is toxic. again feel free to disagree.

The most toxic thing isn't killers to survivors, or survivors to killers. Legit gen rushing is your teammates letting you hit 2nd stage on hook or even die just because they want to stick to their gens. Or getting chased by killer, walking up to you, unhooking in their face, and farming you. imo the most toxic things in this game are thing survivors are allowed to do to each other. Like you're playing killer you hook a guy, you chase another dude, hook him, and you're like "######### they let the first guy hit 2nd stage?". Or you're survivor with kindred and you realize your teammates don't want to save you

I completely agree. I don't see any of it really toxic. The matches tend to go quickish (if the killer is just slaying). I don't remember the survivor who tbagged me at the gate 2 days ago. I scream wtfs and you ahole at the tv sure, but I don't actually care enough to come to a forum and cry toxicity. It actually kind of bothers me the way the word is just thrown around. Everything is toxic to everyone in this game and im just over here entertained by all the ridiculousness.

Pallet flashlights are fine, saving with a flashlight is fine. Tbagging, clicking, ez after the trial and body blocking with bt, amongst many other things, isn't fine. The latter will make me tunnel you.

That's a good point. No one does more damage to survivors than their fellow survivors. It's painful to play solo. I'm not sure why I still play this game...sigh.

I play both sides as well, you are simply judging the playstyle of others. Even the developers have stated that these are tactics, not very good ones... yet tactics nonetheless. Guess pallet camping or insta dropping shack pallet is also toxic? People are simply trying to win, sometimes they make good choices or bad.
You are doing the one thing I stated is actually toxic; calling out and telling other people how they should play.

I also dont see it as toxic but ya know, completely over sensitive people like to try cancel culture/making problems out of nothing in these recent years. Can you imagine if Tropic Thunder came out this year and Robert Downey Jr was playing a black guy?
Survivors spam crouch even on each other, its a form of saying hello or saying thank you for the heal/save. But so many people decided to read into it as something negative when it isn't. If you have a problem with this type of stuff, its your mentality thats the problem. Not anyone else's IMO.

Flashlight clicking and tbagging is toxic. They're purposefully trying to annoy the killer and make them mad, because everybody knows that's what those motions are used for.
If you try to excuse this behavior and say, "It's just to get your attention." there's better ways of doing that, without being toxic. Run near the killer, body block for someone, make a noise while they're not in chase. Just use your brain instead of acting like these toxic things are the only way to get the killer's attention.

Nah that's just your mentality. And on top of it, you're trying to tell people what to do instead so you don't get your feelings hurt. Play the game out, ignore the 'toxicity' as you put it and move on. Been plenty of times I've seen teammates teabag or even teabag me as killer at EG and then we get to end-game chat and they end up commending the killer and being good sports. Don't take everything so personally, dear god.

I guess I'm just making up that they're being toxic when all 4 tbag as they leave on a game where I got gen rushed playing a killer I don't normally play, and got like 4 hooks the whole time. They know what they're doing, and they're punking you if you think their intentions are innocent.
