(Update) My Tier-List 5.0.0
This is my final list, after playing many games as a survivor, I came to the conclusion that Twins is Tier-B because of his Slugg and Camp mechanics, he would have put Hillbilly Tier C because he is weak in loops but in terms of speed and map control is strong. Ghostface despite the fact that he is a good stalker and much better than Myers, just by seeing 20% of his body you reveal it and you get the Undetectable status effect, which should change from Ghostface or rather it should not have Revelation. This is my Tier-List but I bet they will come to say otherwise, please, everyone has their point of view, depending on how good you are as a survivor or a killer.

Only one I majorly disagree with is doctor. He’s pretty much uncounterable in a chase if it’s a good one

This is mine. I will acknowledge that Pig and Myers have some BS add-ons (Tampered Timer and Tombstone), but I'm not ranking them highly because they have add-ons that the devs haven't nerfed yet.

People underestimate clown way too much in these tier lists.
He shuts down every loop in the game effortlessly if you know what you are doing and where to place the bottles. His only weakness is needing 2 hits and low mobility. And people are out here putting pig and legion above him?

Heres mine:
D needs major buffs additional things added to their kit to be viable
C needs heavy buffs but mostly just number changes
B could use some QOL buffs, but its small number changes mostly.
S and A are fine as is though would be nice if A were touched to be S
SS is rough on solos but only thing for the good swfs. I dont think every killer should be this strong but if you buffed solo to match swf youd have to buff the absolute crap out of all the killers to be here (or add in additional mechanics that slow the game down which is probably the better option).
Edited to add: Nemesis is probably B tier but with lag the way it is its hard to tell right now

Because, while he shuts down loops... what does he do when survivors just insta-drop pallets? Drop and run works wonders against him, he has to reload, and has no way of pressuring multiple survivors at once.
I still think Pig is inferior, but Legion is capable of spreading pressure by chaining hits and cancelling his power early against survivors splitting, making them waste their time mending, making unhooks risky, has great Detection without add-ons, etc.
The only aspect Clown has over Legion is the 1v1, but unless your 1v1 is absolutely BS levels of strong that chases end in seconds, it's just not enough.

Needs Buffs - K-Pop Killer
I think it's fine there are stronger and weaker killers. You can decide what who you want to play. If you want to play at the highest levels of play, choose a high tier killer. If you have fun playing a weaker killer, then expect them to be harder to play.
