How much is enough

I've been following dbd ever since it came out and played it since day 1 on ps4.

Sure there were always issues and bugs, etc, but over the years it became more and more each update.

Now I'm not here to say that I know better, lol i wish I was 😅

Ever since they started they could handle things reasonably good, but now that they became bigger they are struggling to keep the game healthy.

The reason of this has to come with arrogance and ignorance.

Why is that?

During a Q&A stream (sorry forgot of which chapter) they answered a question about QOL.

Their response was that they are now big enough to do new updates as well do QOL at the same time, because their team has grown over the years.

Which in my opinion is to be understandable.

But but for quite some chapters and updates the have shown that they are clearly not capable of doing that.

And there is no shame to it, but at least admit that you miss judged the situation.

Wake up and see that you are in dire need for a QOL chapter which is what 3 or 4 months?

You can focus on getting the game back in a healthy state and set you up better for future updates and chapters.

I'm very confident when i say this, but i don't think that the majority of the dbd community would mind that there will be 1 chapter with no new killer, survivor and map.

As long as you focus that chapter purely on the games health, than you will get no comments about no new killers, survivos, etc (except for the people who don't have a clue and trolls)

So please DEVS open your eyes and make the right decision, do a QOL chapter for the game we all so love but hate right now

If they would revive some of the weaker killers during that time people will be excited and won't even notice the lack of new killers. Then again, judging by the steam charts their player base is never really growing nor diminishing. With an idea that's so unique and fresh and fun? How? So I assume people come, play the game, get bored and leave. Imo they should really work on their player retention because one day another company with a big budget will do a better version and squander them.

And that is why i say they should do a QOL chapter to get things back on track again.

Then they can look forward to new stuff.

The least thing you want during that time is revive old stuff.

By doing that you make things even more complex as the have to dig in their codes, implement that into the live version.

Which in turn will eventually create even more problems.

The best thing to do is to leave it as it is (more playable than it is now) and focus on the games health
